I came from gb orginal based rom.(rooted, cwm installed). Can u explan to me how to install cm7? i downloaded it from projectfreexperia home site , flashed kernel image.img via fastboot but nothing happenes. icouldnt enter cmw recovery?
there isn't a cyanogenmod 7 rom for u (kumquat)

flash the boot.img in the zip using flashtool/QuickImb/fastboot.exe

2.Flash it via cwm recovery !!

Can I Install a Recovery On my Galaxy J5 ( J500F ) Like this One ?
That looks like TWRP recovery. You will have to search for your device and see if a custom recovery is available. Good luck!
It's nothing more than TWRP with the Material theme. I run the same thing
