Help with MTK6572 HDC S5 G900F Dead For FlashTool
Good for all.
I have tried to update a HDC G900F S5 MTK 6572 with flash tool and start the process went wrong and now the computer does not detect my phone; but only shows instaladriver of device goes unidentified. I need help please.
The download of the rom needrom and it is this:

I have a name copies made mtk tools but I can not restore because the phone does not turn me or detects the flash tool

Please check if you have the proper drivers installed and that no other drivers conflict with the connection. your phone should be detectable by flash tool even after full format and hardest of brickings.
Do you have backup of your rom? (I mean files like lk or uboot, system, secro, preloader, boot, etc?)
Have you made scatter file?
Was your phone "Made in Korea"? (I'm asking because if yes then we may help eachother with bricked phones)

Hello,I bought a Symphony Xplorer W71 few days ago. I need to root my device and also backup my ROM. But I have noticed that there is no stockrecovery on the device. When I press volume + and power button together it shows three option.1. recovery2. fast boot3. normal modeBut when I select recovery it only shows an android logo laying with an open belly with a exclamation sign. for removing chinese language use mtkdroid tools ( u need to have root access)
for rooting use Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v17
for install CWM ( i don't knw if u r lucky enough for a developer to made u a cwm)
but by using mtkdroid tools u can backup ur stock rom then u can try out the cwm for w70 ( i got one by google searching) and if u get problem then u can undone it.

I used both methods yesterday and finished with no error and have a usable (i think so) backup now.

I bought 2 fake S4 for me and my friend,but after i tried to repartition mine it did not boots any more.
When it was working i had tried some benchmarks and the processor it was identified as an mtk6589,but after i tried to load a new rom ,with sp flash tool,i got a message that i try to load a 5689 rom to a 5677 interface

I reinstall the drivers but the problem remains the same.
Whit same 6577 roms the flashing starts but most of the times it stops at the middle.
Now the phone is completly dead and i can't even start the factory mode.

if your phone bricked, how about your friend's phone ?

sorry for bad english, yesterday i tried to upgrade rom in my star n9500 mtk 6589 4gb hd 1280x720 and i put cwm recowery by mtk droid tools and downloaded rom from need room put it to sd card and soft brick stock on logo android i dont make any backup now i got more problem becouse tel wont start i use sp mdt flash and iv got brick... when i connect to usb its reconising aka mtk usb vcom port. Guys what can i do to bring life to my smartphone.

Try to find a tool and flash the stock ROM back onto it. Get your hands on the stock ROM and if you can go into CWM then install the zip from there else use some tool to flash it from your computer.

Hi! I succesfully unbricked today my star n9500.
After trying to use thousands of roms, adb, fastboot, flashtool...etc
I used SP_Flash_Tool_5.1343.01 (as admin). The option was firmware update and without battery. The drivers were cdc-acm (manual instalation). And the only rom that worked for me (android 4.2.2) was N9500-6582-20131122_e2106_v82_jbaolg from needrom.

Hey guys i use chineese clone phone.yesterday i want to insttall costom rom.after using sp flash and dowload new rom to my phone.than phone goes brick.i prepare backup before rom installation.but sp flash tooll cooldn reconize my scatter file.after downloading file flash toll give ram error.how can i solwe this problem and un brick my phone.
phone model:clone jiayu JY-GS+ (elephone p6i) but my phone is mtk 6592 p6i 6582.

Hello, I have an samsung s5 clone sm-g900 mtk6572, and i bricked him with sp tool when I installed another rom. After that i cant turn the phone on, even recovery mod, nothing. so my laptop see the phone (mtk port) but i cant install single rom on phone, i tried about 15 roms and every time is some error on sp tool like 4032.. any help? sory for bad english..
