No u can't, and the 4.4 update for the spyder hasn't come out yet [emoji23]. Well I think u can't.

Installed by BMM on stock slot- doesn't boot

Well that's a problem :/ I can't use safestrap because of my Cid problem.

Mirror
Is there any chance of someone mirror the file? I'm getting 3 kb/s of download... With this speed it's going to finish the download almost in time for christmas..

As I thought, it is based on m7 snapshot and bmm users has to change metainf. But even after successful installation on slot 2, system doesn't boot. FYI I couldn't install the gapps. Maybe cm gapps would work
Update: I got it booted with jbx but stuck on boot screen. I actually just installed %10 step battery mode but it booted both ways and stuck on boot screen

Hi . First, you must have clockworkmod(cwm5) .. Reboot the recovery . Now wipe cache, data and dalvik. Go to install from SD card . Search your ROM file. Select it example: (IcSrom.zip) Flash it n wait. After that just reboot n wait.. Congrats u have a custom rom on ur phone now.IF u don't like the rom. Flash a stock gingerbread with Odin or use other custom rom. For me All the rom best!!!
Here cwm5 download link :

Tried to install via Safestrap but i think to miss something. Installed after enebled Safestrap, flashed gsm patch before to reboot and i got black screen after the first static moto logo.
Someone can suggest something?
Edit: Maybe it's due to this thing (will retry):
OH!! And never try to boot into recovery with the device plugged in, you will get nothing but a black screen.

From your wording it sounds as if you flashed the GSM patch & rebooted before you flashed the rom. If that's the case, you're booting into an empty partition. You have to have something on the safe side to boot into before attempting to power up into that side.
Sent from my XT912 using Tapatalk 2
On GSM you ONLY can boot DHackers Roms with Safestrap. Regular Roms won't boot.
You have to use Boot Menu and convert the Rom.

You can run it with the Patch, realy no Problem. But yoy can't use Safestrap to flash Roms. None of the usual Roms will boot by using Safestrap XT910. I tried different ways and Roms. It seems like it's just developed for KeXec.

:good: I tried HSD-Pilot's way and rom works correctly now. :good:
Do these steps:
convert nxrom by boot manager(thick all parts specially the last one)
download eclipse gsm patch and put it in SD card
go to recovery
do full wipe(data and cache)
install the rom
install the gsm patch TWICE
reboot
after long booting do first initial setup and reboot.
you will find everything works perfectly.
Will try. Just a question about Safestrap: is it ok that when wipe data and caches in safe mode, i got my unsafe os factory setted?

I don't know.
and I'm interesting others answer.
When you wipe data on safe system your non-safe system won't get touched. So when you toggle back to non safe, all your apps and settings will still be there.

But that's appened here. Just installed NX as second system, can't dowload or install anything becouse of "No enought space". How to verify where both os are installed on?
Sent from my XT910 using xda premium
You where asking about safestrap (Safe & Non-safe)
But i guess you used BM and didn't format the Webtop partition. If you did it, then you have to many Apps installed, because the Webtop only got around 1,5gb Space. If you need more then you have to use your Main System for the BionX Rom.

I have a Droid Razr Xt912 with SS 3.1.1 installed. i was wondering can I install Pac v4.0 and if so ho do i go about doing that?
flash it on slot 2 flash ROM first then gapps
There's a pretty extensive thread under the Development forum. Just look at the first post and follow the directions from surdu EXACTLY. He's detailed very well what to do & how to do it. Good luck, it's a fantastic ROM. After that, check out the JBX Hybrid kernel by dtrail1.
