The problem is. when someone calls or when I receive a message sound is perfect but there is low sound only in facebook messenger... I don't get audio when I send messages (that tick tick) or when someone reads my message!!
Plus when I plug-in my earphone to the device, I can hear all these tick tick voices clearly.

I have a stock HTC DNA. I use "androrec call recorder" from the play store, mode 1. I hear myself excellently. The caller on the other side is a little quiet but acceptable. Free from play store.

Connect call time?

Has anyone else noticed or experienced unusually long call connect time? No matter what method I use to place a call (swipe, enter number directly, ect...) it takes 15-20 seconds before I can hear the phine start ringing. I'm on mj4 stock rooted with mj4 baseband. Any input is appreciated.

Bump. Anyone had this issue? Mine is continuous.

Do you use Google voice and merged your number? This issue happens to me when my Google voice and Sprint number is linked. It also happens for incoming calls too, where when I pick up on the first ring, the caller says they waited 6 rings or more. I temporarily unlinked my numbers, and got instant results

yes, I use Google. Thanks for the head up, I'll try unlinking

Low volume in call issue

It started with a cm 10 .2 update a few days ago. no WiFi connectivity, and very low in call volume. I flash another rom, Houston's Kit Kat, and wifi fixed but still very low in call volume. Has anyone else experienced this and what's the fix?

Is it lower than normal on speakerphone and with a headset as well? What carrier are you using your device with?

Even the speaker is low.

[MOD] Enable Dolby Digital Plus

It´s for the LG G Flex but it also works on my D802 (Black Pearl Rom).

What kind of difference does it make on the sound?

+1
Works really well in my stock player with flac files via OTG. Why this isn't active as an option by default is a mystery. Would love it for Play Music as well, but won't work at all for that. And I don't fancy breaking the stock app just to get that working as I use both. But still, nice find :good:
I have noise sound with this mod

Hmm, did you lads who tried this notice a improvement or what?

I have changed the one line to dolby and i can see Dolby Digital Plus but i dont hear any difference and all other settings now also not work. I hear bye all the same, no difference.
Maybe it's the player that you use.

In call best settings

Hi to all, would like to know through your experience which are the best settings to have a decent call experience,
For example noise suppression hasn't work for me, thanks in advance
Sent from my D6503 using xda premium
I keep noise suppression off, but enable xLoud in sound enhancements. Also flashed the sound mod here on XDA that enables both speakers for notifications, phone call ringtones and speaker phone. The mod doesn't make a huge difference, but it does help having 2 speakers for those instances.
