LG G3 F400 Recovery 6.0.4.9 - G3 Android Development

hello i tried today a LG G3 F400 Recovery 6.0.4.9 for my phone and it works perfect and this is the steps :

Can you create a nandroid backup?

Tested on my D855 working great done a cwm backup all went fine ,when finished saying do you want to fix root say NO
does not see ext sd

Ok not working on my 400k. Installed ok. Then reboot into recovery and it just restarts phone.

you must root first .. then install apk .. then restart the recovery mod from the apk app after finish and you will get in the recovery mod

Yes have been rooted for a month! All good - tried again and worked!
How is this magic possible?!

Created Nandroid, which naturally works fine.
So, now how to restore...?
Flashing a stock rom, rooting it and using this recovery afterwards is "somewhat cumbersome"

The instructions weren't to do it twice! But yes doing it twice worked for me.
