I have upgraded and downgraded quit a number of time now with no problems , i think you should sum up your courage now and go a head with upgrade it is a stable Rom

Yes the stock backup I uploaded contains .. So if u restore only recovery it will get u stock recovery .. And if u r rooted u should restore system too..
