Yes. That's the official repository for Xposed. Everyone knows about it.
And what is the point of this thread? You didn't ask a question and you didn't post anything useful.

Many users are asking me how to patch hosts file, so I make a guide for all of you
1st method:
Right-click this [HOSTS] (thanks to knzo) and click save-as (or save link as).
Save the file as hosts (with no extension).
Copy the hosts file to /system/etc/.
Check the above the link regularly to block new ads
2nd method:
Download Ad-free from Google Play Store
Patch hosts file using Adfree
Copy hosts file from /system/etc to your ROM
Note: You do not need Adfree application again
If this helps you, press the Thanks Button

It's a shame. Developers work hard to make apps/games and they even put on the market for free. Many of them gain only with ads.

Funny how this is coming from the guy who is spamming the development section with themed roms (I don't want to be mean but it's true)
And also, he only posted that message one time. That is not called spamming. Just saying.

you know what dev sec is now meant for that
Good thing that some apps check if you are blocking ads and refuse to work so thieves like you cant use them.
Die in fire Rom spammer. :*
And for the record: keeping ads on IS DONATING TO DEV you s... sob.
Seriously, maybe he is a ROM spammer and has a bad image.
but AdFree Android is an application developed by someone else, and this tut is just to show how to do what that app does without it.
So "hampering the dev earnings growth" hate shouldnt be expressed here, but instead to the Adfree devs.
I personally use and adore Adfree, coz i cant afford to buy paid adfree versions and find ads very annoying..

You should read this or other reports before fighting...anyway this metod is a long known thing and those who want to block ads will do, those who don't won't
Hey there, I'm currently building a rom based on aosp and would like some help or being pointed in the right direction for including xposed modules in the build? I have attempted to look on Google and the forums and i believe I'm using the wrong terms or just missing it each time.
Thankyou in advance to anyone who can tell me what to search, or even point me in the right direction.
For some reason the forums say this is the wrong location to post a question, I'm not sure where else this is meant to go, so I apologise if breaking rules.
------------
Solved
Xposed cannot easily be included in ROM without issues, but you can easily edit the source to resemble the required xposed mods I.e navbar size etc.
/frameworks/base/core/res/res/
/frameworks/base/packages/system-ui/
You can include xposed but without activation the usual way of putting the apk in folder and adding to XML file with app list
Or similar
Thank you

If you want them to display LTE all the time (even when not) you'll have to change the icons in the systemui apk.

Firstly, this should be done on a computer.
1. Pull the SystemUI apk from your phone. Its in /system/priv-app in case you don't know.
2. Rename the file to SystemUI.zip so you can extract it. Extract it.
3. Navigate to /res/drawable-xxhdpi and select that file to view all images inside.
4. Do a search for all files that begin with 'stat_sys_data_connected' then look for all the images that pertain to a T-Mobile rom.
5. Find the LTE image you'd like to use and copy it several times. Rename it to the exact file names of the signal icons you want to replace (G, E, 3G, and 4G). After you've replaced all those (should be 4 files) rezip up the folder, rename it to SystemUI.apk and transfer to your phone to replace the original.
It sounds pretty lengthy but should take about 5 minutes or so. If you want help I may be able to.
Is there away to make a flashable zip were you could just flash it through recovery and then just reboot.I dont have a computer. Thanks...

I don't want to be rude to you, but this has to be said.
Asking for a flashable zip for something on XDA is a quick way to get flamed. XDA is a place to learn things not ask other people to make zips for you that you just click a few buttons to install.
@nbeebe24 gave you very detailed instructions on how to extract the systemui and replace the icons yourself. He then asked you to send your system ui apk, but you didn't know how so you just told him the name of the rom you're using.
Asking the question wasn't a problem at all and the first response by @nbeebe24 was awesome. If you didn't know how to follow those instructions, ask more questions...people will help you more willingly if you actually want to learn and not just ask "can you make a flashable zip for me?"
Please re-read his instructions and ask any questions that you might have an I personally will answer them. Ive edited signal pngs so mamy times its almost a daily thing for some reason. Even if he gives you a flashable zip, don't use it. What's going to happen next time you want something? Ask for a flashable zip again and hope somone is nice enough to give it to you? No, if you learned how in the first place, you yourself could do it next time!
Again, don't take this the wrong way...I'm just trying to help.

Sorry, I can't. It's not my work.
Anyone who has read the site rules, or has been a member here awhile, should be very aware that XDA takes a strong stand against warez. When talk of warez, distribution, links or anything else involving warez is discovered..... It is removed swiftly.
And this module flies in the face of this ideal. Warez steal from developers. And XDA is a development site for developers, first and foremost. This module is nothing more than a way to circumvent the anti-piracy feature so warez can be installed.
And so this thread will be closed. And any mention of this module on this site, or any variations of it that appear, will be treated as any other warez and dealt with accordingly.
Regards,
Darth

Hi. I want to ask about JRE4A.
It is only app to get JRE working on android.
I have sucessfully cracked this app.
App is discontinued, and there is no way to buy it, only download some reuploaded trials.
Before i upload apk here, i want know if is it ok to upload it here on XDA.
If moderators will permit, i will upload .apk
So, can i upload it to XDA?
So i cannot upload cracked apps to xda. There is link to thread where you can find guide to google this files.

Report your own post and pose the question. Otherwise, it is unlikely a mod will ever see this.
Simple answer is no. No cracked apps at all. Link removed.

No. Xda does not allow or condone the use of apps. Did you not read the rules when you joined. Also replacing a link after a mod has removed it is an easy way to be banned.

I think what he meant is that you only removed the link to his thread with the app and that the other thread was left intact.
