I have Samsung Galaxy S3 (Model No - GT-I9300 ) And Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo (Model No - GT-I9301I ) , I try to unlock the phone using *#197328640# code number, But no any responded in that devices.
Galaxy S3 Android Version is 4.3
Galaxy S3 Neo Version is 4.4.2
Please Help me for Unlock the country lock free of charge.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S III Progre from 2014?. I want to continue to use the phone but the OS is no longer compatible with many apps. I've found several tutorials about rooting and flashing Galaxy S3 I9300 to Android 7.1.1 CM14.1 Nougat. These tutorials are always insistent that it only applies to S3 I9300.
1) What's the difference between Galaxy S III Progre and Galaxy S3 I9300?
2) Can the Galaxy S III Progre be updated with one of the more recent candy OS? If so, which is the latest that is compatible?
Please help me, there's a lot of information out there but it's mostly outdated with links that are inactive.
