It would need some modding for it to work
Keep an eye out in themes and apps or sony cross development sections
Maybe someone would port it

Hello Rryan I'm tayanarak and well , not not it's safe to use that gesture because one problem , this gesture if someone draw some gesture almost equal yours... they can easily unlock your phone , I recommend you to use pattern or some other lockscreen kind .

thanks for your comment,its one great mod and much users dont know about its existence,my mode of share its credits to post and dev and share in forums about this devices
I want finger guestures for moto e....can any one tell we can enable it or not in moto e.............
I have rooted my device and I have cm12.1 in it.........

I don't think stock rom of moto e has that option.
You could use Xposed Installer with the module I have attached in the picture below.
Or you could installed some 3rd party apps like GMD Gesture Control
