For update to 1.2 or lower versions to 1.3 or upper versions you need make clean install (wiping data)
Fix HDR (Google Camera): http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23578570567720062 *Only need it in 1.2 or lower versions
Installation:
1.- Make sure you have the latest TWRP recovery installed, if you don't you can download it here (CWM and PhilZ also works)
2.- Download the ROM and place it on internal memory
3.- Reboot into recovery
4.- Wipe System, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik-Cache and Wipe Data (Only in new installations)
5.- Install ROM
6.- Reboot and Enjoy

This is awesome, I assume any CAF kernel would work?
EDIT: Also, what kernel is baked-in, and would F2Fs-ALL work by just substituting a F2FS-All compatible CAF kernel?
EDIT 2: Wait, does this support Sprint? Figured I'd ask, because I don't think native 11S does(1+1 obviously GSM only).

In theory all CAF kernels should work (I tried elementalX-1.02-cm and it work)

Cool, but does this ROM support Sprint, because I'd rather not go through the hassle of converting to F2FS-ALL, then my radio doesn't work.

This ROM PORT don't support F2FS-ALL by default.

I have Sprint and its working for me but to be fair I flashed the Sprint zip before flashing.

The Nexus 5's low power core is used for a hardware pedometer rather then for "always listening" like on the OnePlus One and MotoX. The answer is no, unless you want a wakelock 24/7.
