Hello,
I dont know IF posting in the right place, but I searched the whole forum for a proper answer how to "unbrick" my boot loop-ed Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830..
Now I've tried installing several firmwares using Odin multi downloader v4.83 but none of them helped me, after all I cant access Recovery Mode!
I can acess Download mode, Emergency Dmod (arm9) and RAMDUMP (arm9)
I have: Android 2.3.3 GingerBread on T-Mobile Carrier (Hungary)!
How did I get here: rooted with SuperOneClick 2.3.2 and used an app for unlock (Galaxy Ace Unlock.apk) witch was probably the main source of the problem... Had no problems until I decided to reboot, rebooted successfully, the problem I had then was No carrier, then tried a second reboot and ever since then I'm stuck into a boot loop with no access whatsoever to RECOVERY MODE.
After installing firmware and waiting the 5 minutes in Odin, my device reboots intro a boot loop after about 2:32 min and nothing can be done furthermore...
I've serched the forum and found that data.rfs is missing in the firmwares... maybe that the source of the problem to... I dont know...
Please help me fix this problem!! Thank you!

You'll just have to keep flashing roms via Download Mode until one works (try flashing the stock rom).
P.S.: Your device has it's own forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1164.

You have done everything you could and it's still not fixed (even the things other people did when they had the same problem - it worked for them, but not for you), so warranty is the only other way to get it fixed (or at least replaced).

Thank you for the help Theonew! Appreciate! I've taken it into warranty service, hopefully they wont find my device inappropriate for free service, and so I dont have to pay for it...
The only problem is that I have to wait at least 8 days untill I get it back..
Anyway, I've researched this Galaxy Unlock apk. and it seems thats the main source of the problem.
Thanks again!
i was running two roms with dual boot. first was a supernexus jb rom and other mystic glory. i had some hicups with supernexus so i flashed a dream kernel over it. for the first time it booted upto dream logo (even asked for loading 2nd rom) and then went black; phone turned off. second time happened the same thing. then i tried to go to cwm recovery mode, but no luck. so booted with mystic glory rom and from the restart menu tried to go to cwm recovery. the phone turned off and now the phone wont boot beyond samsung galaxy s2 logo.
i searched through this forum and couldnt find any solution.
any help would be greatly appreciated. pls provide any links to any threads if you want me to download something.

Dual booting has always been unstable and the only way out is to start from scratch. I would not advice dual booting unless you are able to spend time redoing it.

The only think that can hardbrick was that bootloader you flashed... Don't do that when it's completely unnecessary.

Hi all,
Please, please, please someone help. I have followed all of the instructions word for word and run the installer app. I am running a Mac and was attempting to install in place of stock Android.
At the end of the installation process the device showed up in recovery mode. The app told me it was over and to wait a moment for the device to boot. I waited 10 minutes or so and the device remained in recovery mode.
So - I then hit reboot from recovery mode and it booted to the Cyanogenmod face with an arrow circling it... Endlessly.
I then followed the instructions on the Cyanogenmod wiki to wipe and reset the phone in recovery mode before attempting the installer again. Same result.
I'm scared that i've destroyed my phone. I really think this should be able to be repaired but i'm just not sure how.
Please someone give me some help!
Which device?
Sorry - it's a Nexus 5.
And i've just tried to flash the stock factory image on Google's instructions, which resulted in the phone getting stuck on the Google logo and not booting. Wow... This is really making me feel sick.

Hey guys, basically, i'm new-ish to flashing, but i was able to do it following all instructions. Yesterday i installed an s5 theme from this site that caused my phone to have problems such as the wifi not working. I was reading that flashing a custom kernel might help, it didn't.
So i woke up, entered my TWRP custom recovery and stupidly factory wiped everything, now my phone wont get past the 'Samsung galaxy s III' screen, it just stays there. I have no idea what to do, i'm dumb enough not to make a recovery file before i started all this so i've ****ed up there.
If anyone can help me get my phone back i'll be extremely happy, i just want it working again! I have work in a few hours and really hope to fix it before then! Any help is appreciated.
Download a stock rom from sammobile.com and flash it the way you flashed TWRP.

It sounds like you might need to flash a ROM before it will boot. Your contacts, texts etc are gone if you wiped /data though.
