Hey,
I am having issue with the baterry charging. Even when phone is unplugged it shows that the baterry is charging and red notification LED is shinning. Anyone had similar problem?
Thanks

I have been using ARHD 8.0 for almost 6 months and i dont have that bug. Maybe you just invented a new standard of wireless charging!
This is insane, I have it too on arhd 8.0

hey guys!
my desire is shutting down when it has about 10% battery left.
i charge my phone, when its on, at 90% the led turnes from charging to fully charged, but the phone is going on with charging!
when its off, it is charging to 100% without any problem.
it makes no difference, next time still shutting down at 10%.
i tried to calibrate the phone, nothing happens
what can i do to solve the problem?
(desire rooted, SOFF, MIUI 1.9.28)
I think this is one of the Miui features like cyanogen mod 7 too. Turn green at 90%
Accidentally sent from my Google Nexus S using XDA Premium
shutting down at 10%? dont think thats a feature
Hi
My HTC Desire X battery percentage never goes to 100%. After many hours of charging it shows 90-95%. Also the LED never goes green.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much in advance

just wait a bit more longer.
mine always stuck at 99% when charging for like 10 minutes+ but eventually it will get to 100% charge and the led will turn green.
so just be patience a little more!

I think I was patient enough! I plug it for more than 16 hours but it's not fully charged.
Try another charger, maybe the one you have lost strength.

I try another charger and nothing have been changed. I also remove the battery and put it on the another Desire X and use my own charger, the result was OK, and battery fully charged. So there is no problem with my battery and Charger.
I use a widget that shows battery voltage goes to 4194mv, at this point percentage show the 90%. If I restart my phone percentage goes to 94%!!

Hi
I have been using PAC ROM and everything was fine, but sometimes when charging the led notification on my phone wasn't working.
So I switched to Zelly Cream, but at that moment, the battery icon was showing 100% and it didn't drop after night, then next day I heavily used internet on the phone and then it powered off,and it told me the battery is discharged.
I flashed stock ICS,but battery still stays at 100%
Did anyone else faced problem like me,if yes,how did you fixed this?
Thanks.

Try charging your phone until the indicator shows 100%.
Then take the battery out of your phone, wait 5 minutes or go drink a cup of coffee, put the battery back and turn it on.
If the battery indicator has dropped, charge it to 100% again.
That's the way suggested by Sony to reset your battery status.
Kernel Issue
Looks Like A Kernel issue.
I Had the Same Problem with KAapa Kernel
But After Flashin Lupus It Is Now Solved
I also flashed another kernel, but the issue isn't solved.
I will try to charge phone to 100%,and then wipe battery stats in recovery.

Whenever you come back from JB to ICS you should be flashing stock .587 ftf so that you wouldn't face this problem.. i figured it out yesterday and each and every attempt was successful in getting rid of this issue.. this is not at all a kernel issue...
Oh,I had my phone powered off for night, and now I have powered it on and it magically works fine
That's weird,I didn't do anything,but it's now fine.

First you have to flash JB kernel like 3.4.45-nAa-03 (recommended). Then flash any other JB ROM ( SuperJB 6 recommended). After again flash ICS kernel and restore your nandroid backup or fresh install. This may help you.:good:

i have same problem .i didnt get any solution
tried following:
1) remove battery and stay for 5 minute
2) flash stoke rom again
3) lock bootloader
Bought new battery, and everything was fine for a few days.
Now it charges to 99% and the LED is always red, it never switches to green to indicate its fully charged like it did before, even with this replacement battery it turned green after fully charging.
Rebooted the phone, no help.
Put in the old battery, it charged to 85% and LED turned green. Ok, so the phone isn't crazy, maybe new batt needs recalibrating or something?
Ideas?

my s6 edge is few months old
but the fast charging doesnt seem to work
when i connected the charger it did get detect as fast charger but immediately it vibrated once or twice & started showing "cable charging"
the charger is fine & i did ensure that the charger is pushed in & connected properly as stated in few threads
nothing seems to work
i used the same charger on my friends s6...
fast charging worked on his phone
then to make sure i used his phone's fast charger & it still shows cable charging
is it related to some rom issue?
cause for some random reason im not getting the 5.1.1 update
ps. warranty/replacement is out of question as it was a gift from one of my relatives. the phone was bought from Singapore
its glitching now.
its showing cable charging & stops charging then connects again & stops
kept happening for a minute or so
then removed the charger
stopped charging but its showed dock connected every time i connected the charger & disconnected it
now its charging again
is the usb screwed up?
any help will be appreciated guys!

Tried everything
Did a factory reset
Dock connected problem is still there
After a series of dock connected notifications..
The phone shows the lockscreen & I have to unlock it again
But not persistent like before
It's manageable
Fast charging worked today
Charged to 100%
But it doesn't work again
Drained the battery till 40%
Tired charging again
Showed cable charging again
Fast charger

Draining it to zero percent for a few days kinda fixed the problem I think
I kept draining the battery to zero & charged every single day
When I had drained the battery to zero fast charging worked
Then it kinda fixed itself
I'm really not sure how it fixed itself
Been ages since I last had the problem
Could have been a software glitch
After the 5.1.1 update I'm not facing any problems
I suffered with this problem before the 5.1.1 update
Fast

Try a factory reset also
If you don't have any data on your phone, try it now only
Then try draining the battery to zero for a few days
That's what I did
Hope your problem gets fixed soon
