Processor and 512 MB RAM. It comes
with 4.5 qHD Display,8MP Camera and
1700 mAh battery .
its based on MTK6577
I want to backup its stock rom that can be flashed
back by swm or by anything else if i soft brick
while experimenting. I have rooted and installed
cwmr too. Many ppl pointed me to MTK tooks but i
dont know how to so help me???
and can a rom of same type of mobile means same Mtk6577 and same specification just resolution is lower can be flashed on it..??

I think you can check Titanium Backup, i used it in my S3 to take all my apps back up. If you have Clockwork recovery mode there will be one option in recovery mode to take backup I guess.
That I know..I am asking that how can i make a flashable zip rom out of cwm recovery backup..
FRIEND U CAN MAKE A BACKUP OF UR CURRENT ROM VERY EASILY AND ONLINE(without booting to recovery)

Hi, Did u try "need rom' website and what was your feedback? I also need a custom rom for my MT6577 devise.. Note 2 clone model.. i checked on that website and it has no way to say what improvements or custom roms they are.. maybe a changelog? there are 3 devises with Android v 4.1.1 & 4.1.9.. how do i get advise on which one to use and also know if these are custom made roms (with what mods?) or stock roms taken from MTXX devises.

The screens (from aliexpress page) are quite misleading ... some show a full HD (1920x1080) device display, but the actual drivers are qHD (960x540).
Your best bet is to try some of the stock ROMS from needrom.com ... since you've hard bricked your phone, you don't have much to lose.
The BlueBo ROMs might just work, see ...

is there other way to flash the ROM other than via CWM ? the stock recovery can't work / read the zip file, i can't go into download mode since it using mandarin.

you can create a scatter file by MtkDroidTools from your backup files.
There are a handful of ROMs available for MT6572. You can port them to your device by following very simple instructions. [For example: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2123239 ] You cannot usually get 100% ready made ROM for MTK devices, a little porting is kind of always necessary. But thankfully, that process is limited only to replacing a few files!

hello guys i am new here and i need help.
I purchased a Samsung s4 "KOREAN" clone and I flashed a Rom without making a backup first. Unfortunately that Rom did not work. Now my phone is without a Rom and I am unable to find the stock Rom for it. the details that i know when phone worked are as follows;
MT6589 (Arm v7 Processor) The vendor said it is snapdragon but "Hardware info" tells its Arm V7 Processor
Resolution 960 X 540
RAM 471 mb
Mali 400 MP
Air gesture, eye motion, smart scroll, smart pause.
2gb ROM.
The firmware installed at that time was JDQ39.I9500XXUAMDK.
I have tried almost everything i could find on the internet. BlueBo, STAR, HDC but nothing works. please help me with the ROM i really need it. any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Only BlueBo Rom is Able to Give a Display but after a few seconds on the boot logo, the phone turns off or goes into boot loop. Please Please Help me I am in a great trouble.
I have tried going into recovery but its upside down.
just do one thing that try some other ROM such as ............ micromax , xiomi, or come chinese ROM ...... which has been ported for that phone in samsung ,........ that should be helpful for you :angel:
Hi, i have a discover note3 plus 10.1 inch IPS tablet it was lagging alot so i flashed a wrong firmware with spflashtools without making a backup now i have tried many similar tablet firmwares like mt6582 and same resolution but the tablet is not turning on i can still put this in download mode and flash it so i need help if somebody have same model or board id or suggest me appropriate firmware.
