Google Now Available 4.4.1+ - AT&T HTC One (M8)

Google now launcher is avail now on all versions of Android 4.4.1 or higher. Pretty butter smooth and the ok Google works on all screens. Only thing that sucks is no blinkfeed or HTC widgets aren't working as expected.

Does the slow motion video work? I don't even see the option while using Google Now Launcher.

New skype app

New skype app is totally not fit with ultra resolution
Any link for older apk?

Yeah, the new Skype is terrible for our phones. It makes messaging really awkward as it only works in landscape.

Is anyone using the 4.4 dialer?

I can't get the contacts to show in the main screen without going to all contacts. Any ideas? I'm also using the Google play launcher if that helps.

You would need to install the contacts, the stock email client, Hangouts & probably the framework. It works fine on the GPe edition, but it is heavily integrated into other apk's & the framework.

[Q] Any workaround for MMS and Adblock Plus?

I would like to have Adblock Plus, but I must have working MMS for work.
I tried to modify the build prop, but I can't get it to work properly.
Anyone have a workaround for this?
I use AdAway, and have no problems with MMS.

Ad away is on the viper rom. Have no issues with MMS here with that either

Yes. You can search Fdroid and it will come up. Once it is installed you have to choose download and apply. After that you need to reboot (don't let the app restart for you.) Every time you dirty flash a Rom you will have to do this again or it will not be applied. Other than that, it runs great.

Yes I have tried this. The apps are getting installed on my phone but aren't showing up in my app drawer. That's the problem.

Working smoothly. Just go to settings >Apps> default App setting & change Launcher.
But of course it is not good as On HTC One.
You should try this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2735764 It's better than other!
