I was wondering if there is a reg tweak, to change the time that the green balloon for new text messages is visible?
For now when I receive a new msg, I tap it, read it and get back to the homescreen in like 2 sec, but it still shows the green balloon for the new msg since it only disappears after 4 or 5 sec when reading the msg...
How to change number of displayed sms messages?
It is displaying now about 8-10 "per page", you have to press each time "newer" or "older" to read older sms for example , any way to adjust this? e.g. display all sms chat history?

I often have to check text files of different types including GPX and XML files. I found it very irritating that while scrolling I often accidentally touch some numbers in the text file and number handling dialog appears.
Is it possible to display text as text only without hyperlinks and those "active" numbers? Or is it just Android OS feature?

How can I increase text characters from 160 to more?
When I send a text with more than 160 characters, it split into another text which I dont like. Also it is only htc problem I have a galaxy sii and I can increase the sms characters
sprint (and i believe verizon) are maxed at 160 characters per text, you can type more, but its going to split it into multiple texts
