1. Pre-deodexed roms can be found in development sections
2. Superuser mods can be found in themes and apps section

I can show you a DIY method I had to go through to port my first rom:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/development/rom-coloros-2-0-galaxy-s3i9300-t2764563 - This rom is pretty close to what you want to port.
Look at its Updater Script,and compare your Updater Script with it.

Oh darn,it is JB based.... But it should still be of great use.
