1. Use Old formula : hard reset
2. Do you install any camera related S/W recently. uninstall it & check..

After searching: To install TWRP you must root and use apk made by the community (thanks dudes) . Then you can do everything else

I've been there indeed. I've solved this issue now.
I can not unlock my device at all when I try to get into the fastboot mode. All right. I connect the USB cable and it's a gray screen with a lowercase description.
After much research I solved the situation.
