From KitKatKiller to Fre3 - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Hello all. I'm running the latest version of KitKatKiller rom. I'm wanting to give Freeza's fre3 a try. I'm wondering can I update from KitKatKiller or will I need to go stock then flash Freeza's rom? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey @mjcollum, how do I get the AP and CSC file from the MI5 to flash?
Also, how do I wipe without using TWRP?
Kind of want to start from scratch... Thanks

[Q] GE GS4 Verizon SCH-1545 MK2

I flashed [ROM] [G.E.] [4.2.2] [AROMA] [VZW] GoogleEdition.v6.0 09/11/13 using SAFESTRAP, but when i reboot there is no display. I know it installed correctly because the buttons work accordingly to the sounds responds i get. What did i do wrong?
That is 4.2 versus 4.3 not the same. Safestrap runs based off the kernel you have as stock, you in the other hand are running mk2 kernel which is 4.3 kernel. That rom is 4.2.2. If only you were on me7.

There actually is but has not been ported over here, but even so 4.3 ge roms have moved towards a more Aosp kernel so it will not work with safestrap anymore.

Where would I be able to find it? And do I need to use cwm to flash it? Sorry for the noob questions

Unroot & return to stock?

Can't seem to find the correct info, so if someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
Currently running build MJ7 with custom recovery and Hyperdrive ROM. How can I return the device to stock and unrooted? Also, is there any way to remove the custom icon at boot? Any help would be great!
Thanks.

[Q] Installing Bonsai - Won't Boot After Install

[ROM][NAB][KitKat-4.4.2]Bonsai_Stable_1.0.0 - 04.09.2014
I have installed this rom as per instructions but after installation, the rom will not boot. I have tried 10 times, no luck.
Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know why or if there is a fix?
Please help.
I had this rom as 4.3 and loved it......I WANT IT BACK.
THANKS.
Have you updated to kit Kat? ?? This rom will not boot without the kitkat bootloader. .. you should run the one click nc5 to update and then reroot and install newest twrp or philz and install it then

The rom he wants is NAB-based.
Can use the NAB tar or one-click, and as you noted, proper recovery for TouchWiz Kitkatkiller, and good-to-go.
PhilZ CWM,

TWRP,

Latest for each, flash from PC Odin, PDA slot.

Did you try the full wipe tar? Also are you positive you're on MDK now and you downloaded the mdk tar? And did the md5 match on your download?
These are the most basic things that would prevent your phone from booting.

Problem fixed. I rebooted in recovery after flashing the MDK tar and did a full factory wipe and it booted right up!
Thank you again
