[Q] Problem regarding call switching - Moto E Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

When I am on a call and I receive another call, I am not being able to switch calls.
It always shows 'Unable to switch calls'
Is there any fix for this?
(Stock Rom,Unlocked bootloader)

same problem with my, i think its bcoz of our sim company. i have rim, whats your ?

I am using a Vodafone sim card

Call problem

hy,i bought a second hand hd2 and i installed few diferents rom but i have the same problem,i can not call or receive from anyone,after i dial the phone number and i click on ,,call,,..in few seconds goes back the screen..i don.t know to much about hd2 ..it.s any posibility that the phone it.s locked on a network?

Have you performed Task29 before flashing a new ROM. I had a phone freeze problem similar to what you mentioned and Task29 sorted it all out. Try that.

does it show any signal bars in the bar along the top? What happens when you get an incoming call?
i perfomed Task29 before flashing the new ROM. it appears on bar the signal.s level and also appear that i use my sim card network,i have a very good signal.. .Doesn.t appear that i have an incoming call . i perfomed also a hard reset ,the same thing ,i cannot call or receive any call.If the phone was locked on a network,it should appear that my sim card is no good and i think would not appear my network signal on the top bar ..any suggestion? sorry for my english..

Were you able to perform calls with Stock ROM? If not, it's time to get the proof of purchase from the person you bought it and get back to the shop.

Ditto, flash a custom or flash it back to stock see if it works ....
pls help,i tried everything... i called from another phone to my number and i hear a strange busy tone or a message that my phone is closed..after i receive sms that i have a lost call...if my hd 2 was locked i shoudn,t receive sms..right?pls help

[Q] LG P500 network/call problem

Hello,
My LG Optimus One P500 (on Vodafone Portugal), cannot make or receive calls, neither receive SMS... Everything else works normally...
At first I couldn't receive calls only in GSM mode, and with 3G (Dual mode) was OK. Now I cannot also receive them in 3G Mode! I cannot see anything that could've triggered this behaviour... The only clue that I can come up with was installing Google Voice, but I already reset it to factory settings, and no luck!
I switched the SIM card to other phone and it works fine, GSM and 3G...
Anyone with this problem and found a solution?

it seems that you have an hardware problem..do an hard reset (power on+volume down+home key) if that doesn't work,just take your phone to the warranty.
The volume in incoming calls is progressively increasing...cant we change that?

Dear friend i have the same problem with you right now. No calls, no sms on gsm mode with Vodafone sim card (Greece). Have you found any solutuion to your problem?

i m also facing same problem. my optimus is not receiving any calls.although i can still make calls n messages.all incoming calls get automatically busied n phone does not show any notification.however if i go to call logs, i can find those incoming calls listed there.plz post if u guys come up with a solution.

Guys how you solve it?? i am facing the same problem here.. 2g is down and only 3g is workink.. i think it has to do with the provider. when i go to other areas 2g is working great.. i am testing it an i will come up if i found any solution..
Just to inform you, that my O1 was perfect. The service provider had a problem in my area.. i spoke with them and the problem is fixed.. i think it was something with the antennas or with the signal. but anyway there is no problem..
The only thing that i can not undestand is why my O1 wasnt working and other phones (not smartphones) with the same provider in the same area was working..

I have same problum my optimus one not making call properly and not receiving call. i am using tata docomo network. When i was dailing a number end call button hanging up call.

Receving call

When someone is calling me always the network is falling or they get rejected? So i must call them back. What is the problem? I'm on stock rom. Am i the only one that has this problem with the Ace-i?

I think their number's are get into reject list by mistake check weather you have done it or not ?

May Be your IMEI number is Flactuating check it after call or before , or reflash the stock,if still the problem exist it may be your service problem

Calling Issue honor 8x help...

i have honor 8x , it happens many times that when i called someone or receive after few minutes the other one doesn't hear my voice, and i need to redial the call. sometime the other one hear distorted voice from my side. i changed the network to auto to 2g network but the problem is still exist. at the same moment i change the sim card to a Samsung mobile and call at the same numbers but that time everything was okey.

did u managed to fix the problem? i am having a similar problem myself and looking for a solution that doesnt require me to reset my phone.
I`m having the same problem with Honor 8x Max, the mic is ok, Calling with Skype or Whatsapp working fine. The problem with distorted voice from my side is only on mobile network calls on 3g networks.

10.3.0.6 call forwarding not working

After update from 10.3.5.0 to 10.0.3.6 call forwarding not working ,i cant worfoard to call to other number. Is ther any way to fix that ?

I don't know if it's broken in 10.3.6.0 but for meanwhile you could put your sim in some other mobile and set your call forwarding option and then reinsert the sim back in poco.

ok that probably means the problem is with the operator. Meanwhile if you have a prepaid connection, make sure it has some balance in it as call forwarding consumes the balance (at least in my country).

Operator sent me mesage that al is fixed now and i can use calforwarding. Tried and its working
