Well some android 4.4 roms are customized not to have a selection so you can change runtime.
Like Sony doesn't let their users change the runtime without rooting etc...
Ok i have rooted device there is a way to do it?
if i modify file from data/property the runtime will change definitely?!?

Hello - I am a new user of the Android system (been on Windows Phones for several years). I bought BLU Studio phone and found it could not talk to my car's Android Auto system as it was not a Jellybean or Marshmallow system. Is there a way I can downgrade to Jellybean or upgrade to Marshmallow, either by forcing a system build reset or any other means. Complete novice when it comes to Androids so my apologies if this is a dumb question.
Thank you all
Is it possible to port ART from Marshmallow or Lollipop to Kitkat to replace the experimental ART in Kitkat?

Install VMOS - what is an app that lets you install and run an independent rooted Android OS version 5.1 within your own device - and run the app in question therein.
