I'm having a problem updating for wifi calling on my sprint note 3 what are the step to get it updated

Are you rooted? If so go in the development section and find the Odin for NC5, I'm on my phone atm so I can't grab the link for you. It's made available by micmars if you aren't then you go to the about section in settings and then updates and press check for updates and accept it there.

GTFO pls. This update was meant for the STOCK ODEXED .254 that I was running. Its just an update to an existing app.
For those that are looking...i found this in the Note 4 forum and it works. Not mine so please send all thanks here.

I have a Verizon S4 SCH-I545 that has been somehow flashed to Cricket. I bought it like that. Is there anyway to flash it back to Verizon?
I downloaded Kies and it's asking me to update the firmware. Would this help?

EDIT: So i updated the firmware. It stills says "Welcome to Cricket" when it tries to activate itself. I have a Verizon SIM card inserted as well. Any ideas?

today I decided to download the latest firmware for galaxy s6 edge
I connected the phone in download mode to Odin and gave the location to the files
now I am waiting an hour and still nothing happens, someone will help me, thanks

Problem solved!!!
The firmware downloaded from SamFirm was a faulty model and everything matched simply did not work
I downloaded another firmware from the site (link below) and everything works
