Help!!! Need oc kernel for mt8382 tablet - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi friends.. this is my first post. So pardon me if I am posting in the wrong place.
I have a Swipe MTV Slash 4x tablet. In case you are wondering, its a chinese OEM tablet that has been imported & sold here in India by Swipe Telecom under their brand name.
Its based on a quadcore mediatek 8382 soc clocked at 1.3ghz & the GPU is a dual core Mali 400MP clocked at 533mhz. RAM is 1GB. Being of chinese make, the tablet came shipped with Jelly Bean 4.2.2 which is mostly stock with very little to no skinning.
I rooted the tablet very easily using Framaroot v1.9.0. I have installed Roehsoft Ram Expander & Xposed (Gravity Box module) & thus far everything is fine. I remember reading somewhere(guess wikipedia) that the mt8382 is designed for tablets & can run stable at speeds upto 1.6ghz. However since its meant for entry level & lower mid range devices, its usually underclocked to 1.2/1.3ghz out of the box.
I want to try my luck & "overclock" the cpu a bit. I am aware that the stock kernel doesn't support overclocking. So I basically have 2 options..
1. Flash a custom kernel that supports oc
2. Flash a custom ROM that ships with a kernel supporting oc, like cyanogen mod or anything else.
Here is my problem. I am unable to find a kernel or a ROM that is compatible with my device. I am aware of the risks involved in overclocking & am prepared to back up all my data & install a custom recovery before proceeding. I am also mentally prepared for the worst case scenario - a permanently bricked device.
Can somebody help me in finding a kernel for my device that supports overclocking or a custom ROM that has built in oc support?
I am attaching some screenshots that will help you in getting an idea of what device I have.
Thanks in advance

I need rom for mobile G+ S6 chinese

I have bought android chinese mobile phone and I need someone to guide me on how to install custom ROM on it. I have been searching for the last 4 days on all websites that support chinese clone phones trying to find a ROM for my phone but I have realized that my phone is not a clone of any other phone, it is simply chinese android phone without any brand name or private fake brand names.
The phone has the following specs:
Fabricante: G+ Modelo: S6 Chipset: MTK6595, CPU: 2.5GHZ Architecture: ARM Cortex-A7 Oct-Core, Ram: 4MB, Memory: 16MB , Android:4.4.3 (with lots of chinese apps) - Obs.: Antutu
I can install custom recovery and root the phone, this is not a problem at all. The problem I'm facing is finding a ROM for my phone. So, What I need is, just a ROM that will work on my phone. Since my phone doesn't belong to any brand name!
Q- Can I just flash any ROM of those chinese ROMS that are available on the internet for MTK6595 without changing the current kernel on the phone? as I believe all chinese phones that run same MTK chipset number has the same interface and everything else!
Q- Is there a universal ROM that can just be installed on any device without touching the kernel (just like installing windows on your computer)?
In your reply, please make sure your reply is detailed and don't make me guess steps in between.
Thank you

I'm sure you're no longer searching for the answer but here it is for those that come against it.
Long Answer: It depends, if the developer supports open source on their hardware and provides everything for a complete root of the device. Then if that is the case you would need to have all the exact model numbers and hardware versions for your chips. WiFi, Bluetooth, North bridge, South Bridge, etc etc. Then you would need to compile the kernels for all of those into your operating system. After that you would need to reconfigure your bios to to boot from the medium you put the completed image on. After that you would need to carefully install the OS. My guess is it wouldn't work the first time and you would have to do some tinkering to get to work properly. After all that you no longer have support on the device. All of that would be null and void.
Short Answer: Your better off just buying a micro PC for 150 on Amazon and using that. The potential for disaster with a non IT Expert is just plan Russian roulette. At that it only may be possible your hardware vendor could not support rooting the device. Then you would need to see if others have built a root package that unlocks the boot from as well.

Help for an impossible overclock thanks !!!

Hello guys , It happened in his hands a Deco77x with Andorid 4.4.2, not to throw it I put it back to life with a custom ROM, a Andorid 5.1.1 porting a Galaxy A3 currently installed. I tried the Lollifox, the CyanogenMod 12.1, I have tried several kernel including the "Franco kernel", adapted as one its appropriate there. I have traveled far and wide. But going to the point, the terminal mounting a MediaTek MT6572 CPU, 2 Cores, ARM Cortex-A7 at 1.00GHz, I can not in several GHz overclock to bring in more 'of 1.00 ... even if the operations are all going cheap end more 'of 1.00 just does not go. Putting the chip no longer 'of the power holders, perhaps limited by the producers themselves in a specific version for this phone, I've found on the website of MediaTek these data, "Dual-core chip (1.2GHz) ARM Cortex-A7 processor" so just do not understand because 'more' of 1.00 can not go there. I arrived to the extreme and I address you. Here I write some data that might help.
Info Deco77x
-CPU MediaTek MT6572 ARM Cortex-A7 at 1.00GHz
-GPU Mali-400 MP
-root KingRoot
-Flashify
-Recovery "Philz Deco recovery"
-Chamelephon 1.0
-no-Frills CPU Control
-Trickster MOD Kernel Settings

Galaxy Folder 2 (SM-G1600) LineageOS questions

Got my hands on this device and would love to gift it to my mom but currently it has a really bad software with no native language which is a must. Since its a spare device I have laying around now I thought I could experiment on it and see if I could get a Lineage OS running on it. She is only gonna use the dialer, messages and possibly the camera so Play store and other apps are not needed.
I have some experience in modding and flashing but i've never ported a rom or created a rom for that matter so this will perhaps be my 1st one.
I've read through tutorials and all but feels quite overwhelming (maybe i'm reading at the wrong places or misinterpreting) but i'm hoping to fill that gap.
So the questions I have, is it possible to flash firmware from a similar phone with some minor changes and hope it'll work or is my only route to extract firmware blobs from phone and use that to create a LineageOS of the same android version with all the other steps required?
Phone has
CPU SD425 Cortex-A53 1400MHz (MSM8917)
GPU Adreno 308 500MHz
RAM 2GB LPDDR3 667MHz
16GB Storage + sdcard reader
TFT Screen 480x800
Android 6 is current version (Marshmallow)
Complete specification of device

I want the same thing
I found this: https://samsung.officialsforums.com/custom-rom-samsung-galaxy-folder-2-lineageos-14-nougat/ but the download links arent working.

Overclocking?

I have a galaxy tab e sm-t377w (I believe the cpu is exynos) and I managed to root it.
The cpu runs at 1.3 mhz I believe with a quadcore. No idea about the gpu. I want to overclock it just a tiny bit as there is a tiny bit of lag for what I'm using it for. I'm not sure if I should overclock the gpu too or if need to but I believe the next step is flashing a kernel and installing a cpu manager app. I wondering if I'm on the right track and if there's a kernel that already exists for my model or what would be compatible as well as what cpu manager I should use.
If your phone's Android got rooted then you may try Kernel Adiutor, an application which manages kernel parameters.
