Charging Issues - HTC Droid DNA

I was on NuSense Rom, it was working just great for more than a month, last night I left the phone pluged to the charger and in the morning I saw the battery icon showing only 47% (it was 56% when I plugged in last night). I tried charging the phone while using it (games, music) and that was my surprise that the battery icon started to increase (it went like 2% per minute.) Now It only charges while the screen is ON. Any idea what would be the issue?

[Q] Strange Battery Values

So here's a new one on the Thunderbolt. I had my phone fully charged, switched it to 3G (as confirmed by the 3G icon on the task bar), and unplugged it last night. When I woke up this morning it was at 92% (about 6 hours later).
I immediately checked a few emails and popped on Facebook and the phone went to like 85% within minutes.
Driving to work the charger in the car only moved the battery meter about 3% to 88%.
I get to work and plug it into the USB in my laptop and literally within about 30 seconds to a minute, the battery went from 88% to 93% to 100%. WTH???
Anyone else seen anything like this and if so, any ideas?

S3 on JB not charging

Hi guys,
I've installed the latest official JB ROM and everything is fine.
However when i have the phone connected to the same power adapter and cable I normally use, the phone just doesn't charge.
Battery settings shows charging as AC, red LED is on etc.
But the percentage just hasn't moved from 51% in over an hour of charge.
Any ideas on this as it was fine on ICS LH1.
It is probably recharging, Just reboot the phone and look at the percentage again.
PS, this belongs in the Q&A
Sorry, can it be moved.
I just rebooted and it showed 50%.
A few minutes later and it's showing 49%

Don't worry about what it says on the screen. Power off the phone and plug it in so it charges quick. Unplug it when the LED is green.
OK, about to leave work so I'll try that at home.
But the % on the front was always accurate before.
Is this a bug with JB or something?
Installed wanam LIB last night. I woke up this morning after my phone has been on the charger all night and it was only showing 96%. Seems like the charging behavior, or at least the battery reporting, has been changed.

I turned it off for 10 minutes while charging and it went from 47% to 48%.
really hoping this will fix itself with a charge to 100% while off.

yes it happened to me too. i woke up to see my phone at 7%, and i hooked it up with 15%
i'm sure i played with the charging speed while i had siyah kernel, i guess this might be the reason

Same Problem here!
Charged last night (8 hours - poweradapter) and it went from 68% to only 80 %.
... but if i charge it via PC (USB 2.0 Port) it charges normal and really quick.
I'm on DLIB (fresh install with full wipe/dalvik etc).
Don't worry about what it displays. After 1 bettery cycle it will show accurate information. If you're charging your phone and the percentage drops it means that it hasn't calibrated the battery charge information. Just use it as you would and after 1 or 2 days you will see an accurate display of battery percentage.

Battery very odd haven't bought new battery

My battery has been behaving very erratically over these last few days. The first time I noticed was 2 days ago when I plugged it in and it was on 63% I then went away for half an hour and when I came back it was on 62%. I thought wtf and did a reboot, once it was rebooted it was on 22%, luckily it then charged so I got it to 100% to calibrate the battery. I then used it and it was at 33% so I plugged it in for 20 mins and it got up to 43%, the next morning I plugged it in and it once again didn't charge and lost 2% battery so I rebooted expecting a large decrease in battery but that didn't happen I then tried the USB cable and an iPhone plug. It charges and appears to be fine. I just want to make sure that if I buy a new charger I won't get these issues and find it wasn't the charger but something else. I'm fairly sure it isn't software related as the only the only thing I installed near to this happening was temple run 2

Battery Charging Issue?

Has anyone got the same problem where your L9 stop charging at 89% and start draining fast like hell, mine drop to 86 % in 2 minutes even when the charger is still connected. Battery recalibration seems didn't work. Charging while the phone is dead didn't work too. Any suggestions?
Yes, I plugged my P769 in the wall to charge at night. In the morning, it shows that the phone is 92% charged. Took the phone off the charger and didn't really use the phone much, but checked my phone about 7 hours later and it was down to 1% remaining. Charged it again last night, and it's showing 92% this morning. Seems like it does not charge after 92%. This happens only a couple of days ago, and I didn't tweak my phone in any way.

Battery drain while charging

So last night my battery drained while my device was charging. I'm not even sure why it would have drained even if there was an issue with power (we had a storm last night) as the phone was at 43% when I plugged it in. 43% usually lasts me a full day at least. Anyone have any ideas what would cause this?
