i tried to root my tablet huawei 7D-501u after upgrading it to B019 and B010 with
vroot 1.7.3
RootGenius
towelroot
and in all of them it was unsuccessful.
any idea to root this tough device appreciated.

My firmware is Huawei Mediapad X1 B010 KitKat 4.4.2 with EMUI 2.3 (chinese model 7d-503L). I want to root it with Vroot. But i have several questions before rooting :
1/ When i'll root it, will I receive the future update by OTA ?
2/ When i'll root it, is it possible to come back, so to UNROOT it ? And if it's true, how can I unroot it ?

Bro, you can read this post. saw this on another thread. hope this helps.
Instead of "RootGenius" you can simply use "Kingo Android ROOT" software for rooting 4.2.2 Jellybean ROM And "Vroot" for Kitkat 4.4.2 ROM.
It works on MediaPad X1.
By the way you can unroot it using Kingo android ROOT software.

I have tried vroot, iroot, towelroot and kingoroot with no success yet.
It runs android 4.3 and was given away free when signing up for ee broadband. Wifi only version.

I've been trying to root my Lenovo Vibe X2 for some time now it is running android 5.0. I've tryed Framaroot, iRoot, Kingo root, Kingoapp root, Rootgenius and so on but none of them worked for me. Does anybody know how to root it successfully?

I bought a tablet from china that has a radar detector which i can't seem to root. I've tried towelroot and kingroot but they both just reboot the device. Anyone know of a different exploit that works for 4.4.2?
