Hello,
I am using ICS 4.0.3, and have a problem with pattern lock (or pin lock) and screen off/on.
The problem occurs when I use any of the unlocker (examples of such unlocker: Nolock, Unkeylocker...).
The unlocker temporarily unlocks (so upon screen off then on, no pattern nor pin lock should be asked : this
is handy when I am at home, since there is no risk). The unlocker works well, but if I pull down the notification bar
and click on one of them (e.g. Gmail notification, SMS notification), then the pattern/pin lock is presented ! .
Howewer if the unlocker is set to Off (as if it does not exist), no problem pulling down the notification bar.
Of course at home I would like to have unlocker set to ON (so no pattern/pin lock presented upon screen off then on),
AND no problem clicking on the notification line (no pattern/pin lock presented).
The problem did not occur with Gingerbread.
Is there an explanation or better a solution to this problem?
Thank you.
Edit: the problem is seemingly due to unlocker application running with ICS:

Hi,
Is it possible to create a lockscreen replacement at the application level that replaces the device's security lock, whether it be PIN, passphrase, pattern or face unlock, or potentially a new method? I know it's possible in the framework level, and have done it before, but I'm just wondering if it's possible to do it at the application level.
So far the few lockscreen replacements that I've tried only implement a slide gesture unlock lockscreen UI, and falls back to the device's security lock after that.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Anyone?
Is it possible to unhide notifications with face unlock on lock screen?
I have enabled swipe up to unlock the phone after face scanning.
Just like how iphone works with its face id, notifications are hidden until you scan and then they just unhide. Is there any way to make this happen?
Hello guys...
Is there any way to avoid that an app verify if Screen Lock is set to enable or disable in the Settings??
Long history short...
is an application that obliges me to have the Screen Lock Enable with a pattern or a fingerprint..
now .. I use the cell phone as GPS when I drive... so I can not be entering passwords or making juggling on the screen every time I press the POWER button ..
so Is there any way to avoid that an app verify if the Screen Lock is enable or not?
:-(
