CM11 update won't install - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone,
Okay so I got home and got a notification saying cyanogenmod had an update for my phone (i9300) and so I tapped install, it reboot and shows it installing with the little android guy, gets to about a quarter and then aborts, reboots and goes back to the lockscreen as if nothing had happened.
I originally used the cyanogenmod installer to root awhile ago btw.
What I'd like to know is why won't it update, picture is on the system update screen.

Go to your recovery and install this Snapshot M9 from here: http://get.cm/get/iu1

So just run the installer again like I did the first time?
Edit: clicking on the link on my phone took me to the installer download.
Do i just flash it in custom recovery or do i need to wipe? if so, what?

Flash a costum recovery in Download mode. Do you know anything about it?

Yeah i have the latest CWM already, i know some stuff, still sorta knew to rooting. Never flashed a ROM other than what the cm installer did

Okay than download the M9 Snapshot from my Link in the Post before and than copy it to your SD card, and install it from recovery
