Hi all, sorry for my english.
I'm from Vietnam, I have just come USA about one month.
My problem is: I have SKY pantech A870L korea vesion , but when i come USA i have t-mobile sim, and use it with my phone, but i can't connect 3g or Lte network, just connect to 2g ( very slow) . I trying uprom (any rom, vietnam rom, korea rom) but the problem not solved. Please help me, give me some ideas to solve this problem :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying: . thank you so much for help !!

You can't. That phone uses different bands then the US. You will have to get a world phone.

"World phone", also known as a quad band phone. If you want an unlocked phone to work on T-Mobile's LTE, it'll need to support band 4.

Well, I don't think there's nothing much you can do with your phones as the US mobile network operated at different band and your device may not be supporting that band better option for you would be getting a new phone form the vendor other than this no other option can help you much with the problem you are currently experiencing.

I have a similar problem so I thought to post here.
I have a I5500L.
It came with this firmware out of the box I5500LUYJP9 (2.2) it was locked to Movistar (Venezuela).
I unlocked it with SRS to use it with my carrier (Digitel Venezuela).
No matter what I try, I cannot make it work with 3G, only EDGE.
I've tried many things, changing bands, forcing WCDMA, and a lot of tricks found on this and other forums, but nothing works.
It's not that it doesn't work with 3G and goes to EDGE, but that te phone is only working on basic GSM, and cannot connect to the network if I change any setting.
Funny thing is my wife has an I5500 (without the L), it was bought unlocked, it came with some European Firmware, and hers works perfectly with 3G.
She has the same carrier as me.
Another thing to note is, my phone detects a network called "Digitel", her phone detects a network called "DIGITEL-GSM".
¿What could be the problem?
¿Could I flash some European firmware to my phone to make this work?
¿Will this affect the SIM unlock?

I mean if a baseband won't work, there should be another one that does right?
I'll be doing some reading, but a head's up wouldn't hurt.

there no danger in changing basebands, the only thing is, some will, and some wont work. you should just try the baseband from wherever you are 1st, but if that doesnt work, try another. doesnt matter if you are from UK and you use an american baseband, if it works, its completely fine

In my case not work, i test all baseband in this link. Phone purchased in amazon and flashed with AROJP8 (Argentina-ROM)
Original ROM GT-I5500YKAVDC (Czech) - Android 2.1
Digitel-Venezuela.

I'm use this rom everyday and work (no problem).. HSDPA is OK but Google Talk Auth is failed.. Please contact your service provider for available network in u area. :laugh:

I believe that is not from India, why it in version says at the end: "timbr" ... but do not know.
If India really has problem?
Why wore CM11 and took well ... and now I'm back to CM and has no more sign before and had ... :crying:

Install stock 4.4.4 again, if not work after this, maybe you lost IMEI, you need send phone to motorola assistance.

I managed to solve my problem!
It was why my ROM was from India, so could not have signal here in Brazil. Now installed the original Brazil Stock and returned to normal. I thank you all for your great attention! :good: :good: :good:

I was wandering if it is possible to enable all lte bands in M4, especifically in E2303 for south america?? Does this Phone and the other models have the same hardware?? Can I install an E2363 firmware to try o does the Phone bricks??

Sorry to tell you I havent. Same say you can brick the Phone by installing another firmware others says that nothing will happen because the hardware is different meaning this Phone cant recieve the bands that is not suppose to. I dont know. I've read other sites seraching for a solution to this problem with no luck. I guess we have to wait till a custom rom that works.
The model you buy works best in the region it's bought in. Some networks will cross-over when in a different continent, but not all, usually. You can't add frequencies to the phone whenever you want, as far as I know.
I have installed a e2303 software on a e2306 phone and it works fine, but still has the e2306 bands.
Maybe in the future there is a way...

Rcently my redmi note 9 pro got hardly bricked after flashing a wrong region rom.After too many struggles the phn got its life back.But now one more issue arised that there's no network at all.Now the technician asking for more money to fix this network.
Its too much for me,as im just a student.
I need to know if i can repair this network problem myself.
Can anyone let me know about the procedures?
