can't post to dev forums, but here is my problem:
Using Elelinux 2.5 from here:

I did a format of /system, factory reset, wipe of cache + dalvik, format of sd-ext.
Then I installed the current version of the Elelinux-rom.
Now I cannot use mobile data. I have a working connection to the phone net, but no matter what I try (fooling around with APN settings), the 3G / Edge / HSDPA logo won't appear and I cannot register my google account.
I then tried to update the radio, without luck. In dmesg I still see error 000e.
Android 2.2 Froyo Elelinux did work fine.
Any Ideas, please?

just did the following:
Installed Elelinux 1.7.1 (CM 7.0) and afterwards Elelinux 2.5 (CM 7.1).
Now I got all - more - apps back and data transmission works like a charme.
Anyway, it should have worked with my prior try as well, shouldn't it?
probably the apnlist didnt hav ur mobile data settings and must've been updated after u upgraded,i hav the same problem when i go to older ROMS not a big deal u could just manually update ur apn settings in wireless settings>mobile networks>acces point names
Hello all.. This is my first question since i a newbie here..
Based on the question.. I want to know which the latest version of Google Maps that have offline map cache capability..
As far i know.. Even without WiFi or Data Traffic enable, navigation can be made with just GPS turn on after we download the map..
Other than that, the latest version of Google Maps will automatically delete map cache after certain day or week (i forgot already) without our notification and i dont want this features..
Just now i only found version 5.7 with this capability (offline map cache) based on this thread..
Current version is 6.14.1 with features auto delete map cache..
There is other latest version with offline map cache capability and didnt auto delete map cache without confirmation??

Lately my device LED flash Xiaomi note 2 does not turn on when the camera or flashlight is used. anyone have suggestions or how to fix it? I've try to installing some applications for camera or flashlight but it still not working Thank you
What do you mean by not turning on? -> is there a delay in the flashlight? or it's not working at all?
possible solutions:
1) get a cleaning APK from the play store and try to clean your cache (I suggest PowerClean; and check if it works)
2) reboot into recovery and clean cache + dalvik cache -> then reboot (and check if it works)
solutions with risks of losing data (backup your important files) :
3) Try a factory reset?
4) try flashing another ROM?
and if this isn't working I would say your flashlight rests in peace :S
My nexus 5 is Android 6.0.1 (ResurrectionRemix the latest version and franko kernel r82).
I tried wipe the cache partition, clear the data in Dialer app, normal reboot, and change the kernel from elementalX to franco.
but I called another people and take the calls,
NOT SAVE(SHOWING) CALL HISTORY IN DIALER APP and the other call log app....
What the problem?

in Fulmics ROM, i have selected "Stock LG GPS Servers" and now my GPS accuracy is worse than bevor with Stock MM ROM.
My question: Can i change the GPS Server to Nokia Servers without reinstall the ROM?

Just re-run the AROMA installer without wiping, choose your settings, but this time select nokia servers.
I selected Nokia servers..... Far from accurate
ive selected google server, how to edit gps conf for not reinstall rom?
you install the ROM again over TWRP and select the other GPS settings. (Without wipe, only install)
But i can confirm that the Nokia servers are not better.
But why my gps was under stock MM 3 meters and now 6? : /
