You can try Framaroot but keep in mind that your device isn't in the supported devices list. It may or may not work.

You don't need to use a PC with Towelroot.
If Framaroot didn't work try one of the following:
WeakSauce
Universal Androot
SuperOneClick
Root Master
Towelroot certainly does not work on Gingerbread devices.
Hi bro, just download baidu easy root, install, open and u will be rooted. I think it works in all android devices. For better understandig, download english version.

flash cwm recovery using odin and then flash super user zip file using recovery then your device must be rooted

First install pdanet for drivers in PC, then try srsroot.
Still not Rooted !

Towelroot (gud chance of working)

possibly until some1 releases a nice software.
Keep an eye on the root methods of the samsung kitkat devices too (if theyre rooted without a cwm) it will most probably work

Try Using Mobogenie-PC. It is an android device manager which has a feature of 1-click root. Hope it would work for your device. hello thank you for helping me, i tried that method, but it didn't worked. because huawei y3II is a new device recently launched, so i think till then i have to wait for any one click root apk app to be compatible with my device. but still i am thankful for your help.

Have you tried kingroot? PC program and also the android app?
Or framaroot, the android app?
Both, or either, of those seem to root anything.
Hi mak i have the same phone with u but recently i done rooting my device , with kingo root apk u can just search in playstore and download it . well it works fine for me .

No, you cannot root it with Kingo. The app is nothing but unfunctional bloatware and the PC version is also unable to do the job. So consider the tip with Kingo here as an advertisement.
