MicroSD card flap doesn't close evenly? - Sony Xperia Z Ultra

Does anyone else have issues closing their MicroSD flap fully? It seems like it never goes even on mine and I'm wondering if I should exchange it.
Here is an image of it but it's somewhat hard to see. If you notice the die by the headphone is higher than the side by the power button
You can also compare it to the other side of the headphone. It sits slightly higher than the casing on the other wise of the headphone jack

Blue ,
I have s similar situation, my charging port is no longer close like how it came originally. What should I do ? Will sony fix that or is there an easy fix I can do myself? Since the charging port flap no longer closes , water and dust can get inside the phone.
Thanks in advance

I have found one replacement on ebay LINK
But I am not sure how to replace it. Is it a big problem? Have anyone look inside X10, and can anyone tell me how to do this!
THX allot!
U need a hardware specialist for this....tough job

Thank you for your reply, I searched on the internet and found that it is a difficult job, but I am willing to try.
Ill picture every step, and if i succeed Ill post it here. Wish me luck!
Did you look at McKebapp's disassembley guide? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=668132
I FIGURE IT OUT!!
This is not as tough as I think! I opened my Xperia and foud out that it is possible to replace only speaker without replacing "Receiver FPC" flat cable.
On eBay you can found this earpiece for a couple of pounds.
Now, when you open your xperia, you must be extremely cautious and separate speaker flat cable from your display. After that, you will need to separate speaker from rest of the flat cable, like what I have done on this picture. You will see connection solder points. Thats toughest job to do, to solder new speaker on that place but it can be done.
I did not receive mine jet, but when I do, Ill post pictures with new speaker...

[Q] is this a battery issue? or...

I have been having this problem with multiple roms. When my phone crashes and boots sometimes it comes up and tells me to connect to my charger and the battery is at less than 5%. If I reboot it, it comes back up normal. sometimes I have to reseat the battery.
I cleaned the battery connection and I haven't had any trouble yet.. but I haven't had any crashes since then either. I bought my phone on day one so I guess it could just be a bad battery? Anyone else seen this? In the pic you can see it happened twice.

Bro, there are a lot of better ways to rack up your post count then spamming multiple threads with "Thanks you!"...
Anyways Dr.Stainedglove, I remember someone with a similar issue a while back. Turned out to be a battery issue. Not sure if that's what caused your issue but if the phone starts acting up again I would suggest you look into a new battery. You can get a 1800mAh batteries (400mAh bigger then our stock batteries) for pretty cheap. See here.
Sure looks like it

Thanks.. I may end up getting one of those epic batteries even if I dont have anymore issues. Since cleaning the connections its been working fine.

SD Card slot not staying shut

Hi all,
i Just got my 5.0 player today. Once i opened the sd card slot, the plastic flap does not stay flush with the housing when i close it. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this normal or should i exchange it?
Is there any chance you did not put the SD card in properly?

It's pushed in all the way. It doesn't stay flush even with the sd card removed. Here is a picture of how it fits. If i push it down with my finger it goes flush, and then pops back out. It's like there is nothing holding it in. Is there supposed to be a tab or something to make it stay in place?

Dangit, i was messing with the really small clear plastic tab and now it won't stay shut at all...
Guess it's going back to amazon.

Ya, good choice. mine has a little hump near the top right corner for some reason. but nothing like that. That would annoy the crap out of me. Get an exchange, this device will not disappoint.

Top and Bottom Bezel/Rails Replacement?

Okay as it turns out the top and bottom rails are actually coated plastic unlike the left and right side which is made of aluminum. I've got a few scratches and on the corner the coat is chipping. So I was wondering does anyone know if its easy to replace them without having to dismantle the phone? I found them selling cheap on http://www.etradesupply.com/sony-xperia-z-ultra-xl39h-side-rail.html and from the pictures I can see that it clips on the device but I need to be sure. So if anyone has done it or seen it done before please share it. Thank you.
I think they can come off without fully taking the phone apart

Has anyone found how to remove the top/bottom rails? Also, is it possible to just replace power button? I can't seem to find anything.

You will probably want the glue/stickietape for the back and front closure. I'm not sure if it is a clamp fix or glue for the ribbon cable, I seem to remember someone having trouble with a screen replacement
@asadkhanduhh From what I can ascertain from your photograph, you do not need the digitizer panel as I cannot see any break in the glass.
It is the LCD panel that has broken, suggested by the lines of color running up and down and across the screen, It might not be a bad idea to get the digitizer panel aswell, if it is broken, or in case you do break it whilst opening the phone up, and if so, you might aswell purchase a pre-assembled LCD panel & Digitizer unit to save cost and effort in separating the glass from the LCD panel.
thank you two for your replies.
i will keep the repair progress updated.
thanks again.
