I have an Xperia Neo V with official CM 9.1 and I have problem with battery stats and charging.
When I plug the charger the battery won't charge (on lock screen says "charging" but in settings at battery status says "discharging"), i need to use an external charger to charge the battery (I have 2 batteries)...
Only when I reboot the phone shows my actual battery percent (max 90 percent) and stays to that percent till the battery is fully discharged and phone shuts down.
What should I do? Please, I need help:crying:
This problem persists since I was on stock ICS from Sony, with no root and locked bootloader... so I pretend that the custom rom I installed is not the problem:-??

Im using Xperia X10 with CM 6.1.3 with baseband .55.
When i try to charge the phone connecting to wall outlet,The charge levvel comes to 90% and doesnt go beyond that.
I tired charing it in the offline mode but it has the same issue.
The charge level goes upto 90% and drops from there if i continue to charge.
Pls help!!!!
Have you tried to take out the battery and put it back again and charge it ?
I had the same issue with my xperia running the generic 2.1 rom...it could be the charger...my stock charger messed up...so i bought one from walmart (needed it asap)...charged great...then it started charge then decharge...switched back to a se branded charger and everything was fine...also try a battery stat wipe...mines has been working great ever since
i have a problem, my daughter drained the battery of my neo v.. after that the charging seems to slow it takes 8hours before fully charged and suffering fast battery drainage
and the second problem is why my screen keeps blinking every 5 seconds in idle or locked screen..

Does the battery get very hot during charging process?
There is electronic mechanism in battery and phone which should prevent what just happened to you, but looks to me like it failed in preventing, and that you battery is on it's way out. If short-cut did happen, it's strange that your phone even work..
Only thing I can advise, turn off your phone, charge it to 100%, and update/repair it's software with Sony update service. Report back here.
Hello. My Neo permanently shows 100% battery. The battery life is normal, 1 - to 1.5 days. Then goes from 100% to 0%. I will plug in the charger. Curiously, there is one loading up normally. First ... 2 ... 15 ... 45% etc. However, the load takes about 3 hours. 've Tried 2 different chargers, new Sony battery .... no success. If you remove the charger at 30% or 42% off, etc., the charging icon goes away, but the display will then count slowly up to 100% (without charger). Taking the battery out briefly and then sticks it back in, the display is at 50% or more or less and is also back to 100%.
Had sent to the neo to W- support. They were not supposed to understand the error and have it sent back to me.
Does anyone have an idea?
give more details of your phone. rooted ? custom or stock rom ? any recent accident with phone ?

The phone is rooted. The 100% bug is present at all roms. I used AOKP MS6 long time, I tested Cyanogen, JJs Hybrid.... Now I have the stock rom 2.3.4. The phone has had no accident.
Wipe battery stats (there is option in CWM) and reboot. If it don't help then you can try repair option in PCC/SUS.
i am using xperia RAY. after updating ICS 4.04 i am facing some battery charging problem.....When connected to PC, the phone gets detected -> but it doesnt get charged bt the battery icon at the top will indicate that its getting charged but the battery bar is not completing is charging cycle similary When connected to power-plug, phone shows its charged 70%, bt after charging 6h , it remains in 70%............but when i restart my phone then phone shows me that , phone charged 100%.........& when i charged my phone it shows red light , after full charged it shoes green but mt battery bar does not shows full(agter restaring phone battery bar shows full)..............why the battery bar doesnt shows full without restarting phone????

or maybe you wipe it too much...

yes , i think i wipe it too much now what can i do now????? whats the solution??????
just use it until it ran out, then charge it full before turn on. two time.
battery will be calibrated again.

please I have a problem with the battery xperia sola.
1. The battery is always 100%, when I restart my phone battery 0%, and my phone do not want to live.
2. when i chargeing my phone is off and I turn it on, the battery indicator 3%, but if I disconec charging, always rises to 100% and always 100%.
3. when I charge in the dead until it is full and I turn it on, the battery shows 100%, but remains always 100%.
