Switched to aosp app drawer icon,
Removed bottom tabs,
Changed page indicators,
Changed from 8x4 landscape layout in app drawer to 6x5, and in portrait to 5x6,
Changed blue title bar to transparent.
Working both on kitkat and jb.
Install as normal app or push to system/app.

there's new version (pulled directly from latest ZenPhone 6's 4.4 update). I like the new version, but in app drawer, the blue title bar..really really bothers me...can you possible make it transparent or semi-transparent blackish kinda?

I'd like to change GOSms icon with the stock SMS app icon to put it on dock and replace the stock SMS app, how can I change an app icon with touchwitz? I'd change it because GOSms icon is smaller than other icons in the dock and it's very ugly

I know its not a direct answer to your question but you could try another launcher. Apex Launcher allows full control over icons and titles for every item on your home screens.
Forgive me for crashing the thread, but I also need some help changing icons. I want to change the dock icons (on stock Rom) and I am using apex launcher pro. On my HTC Sensation and apex launcher, all I need to do is long press the icon and I then have the option to change it, but when I long press on sgs, the only option I get is to remove app. I am sure it must be simple, can someone help me out. Thanks.
I feel a bit stupid now. After uninstalling all third party launchers and re-installing them, I now have all the correct options to edit the dock icons.

is there any way to change the stock icon in the touchwiz lock screen? I can use desktop visualizer to create the shortcut with new icon on the dock, but touchwiz lock screen icons I cannot change to customize.

Just sharing some work I did to theme NottachTrix 4G v.1.3.1
What I changed (vs. the base NottachTrix):
Changed QuickLauch Toggles (eliminated GPS, Data, & Sync) - I never used them
Changed Status Icons - Alarm Clock, Bluetooth, Signal, Mobile Data Type, Wifi, GPS, Vibrate, Airplane Mode, Signal, Battery (different color for each 1%), USB/SD/Memory, & Download/Upload
Changed Spinners
Changed the Dialer (to Grey)
Changed emoticons to Blue
Changed Power Menu Icons
Changed Default Wallpaper (to Black Ballistic)
Changed Lockscreen Background to Transparent (so your wallpaper will show thru)
Changed Lockscreen Sliders to Semi-Transparent
Removed (visually) the clock and alerts from the portrait lockscreen (I did not like having 2 clocks and all that wordage on the screen)
Removed Shadow behind Launcher Dock
Restored the "No Notifications" on the extended status bar
Changed Landscape Lockscreen to LARGE Digitial clock and visually hid the sliders (good for use in the standard dock)

To install:
1.) boot to recovery
2.) install from zip
3.) reboot
You will need to go into the wallpapers menu and chose "reset to default" in order to see the default wallpaper I put in this.

Hi there,
i'm using latest Cyanogenmod ROM on my Galaxy Nexus. Changed the Softkeys and Navbar to transparency and it looks great
But it seems that in standard design there is an gradient Overlay on the Background Image?!
Is there anyway to remove that? i will attach screenshot.
If I'm changing the Design to any other Theme like "holo glass" it works fine...no overlay, nothing. So there should be a way by decompiling SystemUI or something?

There is an Icon from whatsapp while starting.

You can download dark themes from the theme app.. but these themes will affect the notification bar not the app drawer..... for now there is no dark mod for app drawer in poco launcher... Hope we get updates for poco launcher which allows us to customize the launcher...
If you want dark mod try nova launcher.... It allows users to customize the launcher in anyway they want...
Well, already using nova ... But if Xiaomi give us the castmaisation of poco luncher it will be great....
