You can generate a new one. As long as your mid and/or cid haven't changed it will be the same exact token.

If I have my bootloader unlock.bin from when I was on 1.05 and now I am on the 2.06. Is possible for me to unlock my phone and get s-off?
U need to go back to 1.15 and unlock the bootloader. Then you can get s off. Look in the stickies section in the development room.

i think you should downgrade first

You can still unlock with it.
As long as the unlock.bin is from that device, it should work just fine. Boot into bootloader and see if you have all 1's, or 2's listed on the 2nd or 3rd line down first. If so, give it a try. It will either work, or it won't. Let us know.
From my S-Off DNA
so if i do not have super cid my original unlock.bin code will not work on my original phone

But why do you not have supercid anymore. You will have supercid until you manually put it back.

i did the return to stock ruu method. Wouldn't that remove super cid?
used original unlock.bin and it worked

if you ran the s-off from the unlimited site before you did this than all you need to do is unlock the bootloader with the Unlock_code.bin that you got from the htc dev site
the unlimited s-off is permanent and doesn't need to be done again.
And if you're still s-on, the instructions are on the unlimited site. Pretty sure I had my phone unlocked when I did s-off personally.
I really want to flash a recovery for my T-Mobile htc one that was debranded using s-off and adb. I changed my cid to 1111111, but I want to flash a recovery so that I will be able to flash a different radio. Will I be able to use hasoons all in one toolkit ?

yes go to this link and then start with the stuff on the left (assuming you want to unlock your bootloader etc, which you would need to do so that you can boot into recovery) and then just follow the steps. its simple hope that helps

Yes. That's a stock kernel. The one included with nusense is not. Which carrier is your phone?

OK, I just bought this phone and have hboot 2.49 also. But you say you are rooted? and have custom recovery installed? I searched all night and from what I could tell this is not possible without s off? IS there a root and recovery method? If so could you point me to it so I could get rid of this bloated ass rom please?

You need to unlock ur bootloader , and flash a custom recovery using fastboot. However u will lose ur fingerprint sensor's functionality until u get s-off .
Guides on unlocking bootloader and flashing custom recovery are found in the HTC One Max android development region of this forum.

Does the Sprint version have the same hardware compared to the Developer/Unlocked Edition? All the tutorials I've seen are about converting the AT&T Edition since they share same hardware (eg. GSM)

That is the one million dolars question. I been searching and i have found only tutorials to convert the GSM version, and the problem is that the Sprint version uses CDMA. Im not sure if after install the unlocked/developer rom the 3g and 4g will work fine.

I have the exact same issue from the original post, I'm following you @Lussardi, but I don't have big skills in this envorionment. I have S-off and struggling a little with CID 11111111 because of drivers (says waiting phone) but I'll solve it, anyway, you don't have to perform a wipe of anything to install RUU (is that a clean firmware install?)? I have the TWRP, is there a way to flash Developers RUU with that recovery? Or the only way to do it is like you mention with fastboot codes?
Thanks
Edited: Finally fixed drivers problem, now my actual CID is 11111111

The thing is that my carrier (telcel) works with GSM, and I'm having troubles with mobile network (Can't navigate through Google maps because of this), I thought that removing Sprint firmware and installing the developers one, I'd be able to work with any frequency and solve that. Am I wrong?
Thanks.

Okay, I changed the SKU ID to 21 "HTC_LA_ESN_TELCEL = 21", should I change the radio type too? Actually is at "WORLDPHONE_LTE_BOUND_CDMA = 8", I'm guessing TELCEL should be "GSM_GSM = 6".
Edit: I just turned on mobile data and it no longer shows that ugly GSM icon, now is H+, 3G or 4G
