bootloop happens when the Rom corrupts during installation or installing any other application. or some people using ROM Manager . Never use ROM Manager you will loose the cwm. Download any ROM which supports Odin. flash it you should be fine. Then you can switch back to your favorite ROM. this is a good rom you can flash via odin.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1095274
PS : if you don't like to flash ROM just flash CWM via Odin which should give you access to CWM. you can restore you backup ROM if you have one or have any other ROM in your phone memory.

I was facing the same problem some days ago, but after surfing this forum, I realised that if you have Kies running in the background, Odin will behave oddly and will not flash the firmware by going into a bootloader loop.
I suggest that you re-install the drivers again and make sure that Kies is not running in the background when you are flashing through Odin (just fire up your Task Manager in Windows and terminate the Kies process).
Hope this helps you...

I was able to use the Emergency firmware recovery in Samsung Kies when the same thing happened to me by going into the the Download Mode and plugging my phone in with Kies on.
However, that only worked once out ff the 3 times i had boot problems due to errors when flashing.
What worked every time is flashing stock firmware using Odin. Here is a link to the stock firmware collection -

Read the stickies in general forum, try the solutions in the thread you resurrected, plenty of options instead of just asking for a solution.

Flash back to stock with Odin and don't forget to factory reset after flashing or you could even try flashing PhilZ recovery with odin boot into PhilZ after flashing and factory reset see if that works if not flash stock and start again.

Direct link https://goo.im/devs/philz_touch/CWM_Advanced_Edition/i9300/ you need the.tar.md5 version for Odin. PhilZ thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/orig-development/i93xx-philz-touch-t2002953 you can also backup efs with PhilZ recovery too.

Quite possible but have you tried all the options first like (1) flashing back to stock with Odin also if you have flashed back to stock with Odin did you factory reset after flashing? (2)rescue firmware (only use as last resort because it containes a pit file)

Hi tallman just got my SIII back from samsung service center, they said ther is an I C not working, but now justried to flash philz recover Odin failed to ans it says something non Pit file something like that.
If an IC isn't working then pay for the repair or buy a new phone, flashing won't fix a dead chip.

If you still can access download mode (by pressing Home+Vol Down+Power on most Samsung phones), you should be abke to re-flash the correct firmware for your phone. Better check more thoroughly this time before you download and re-flash, because different phones have different hardwares ergo different kernels and firmwares. Even phones with similar type (i.e: your J7 and J7F), may have different sets of CPU-GPU, RAM, and eMMC (internal storage).
Good luck, and if it doesn't work, sorry to say this but you may have hard-bricked your phones.

Samsung
You could try using original Samsung software(Kies) to unbrick it ..
Just a thought.
And it would be helpful for other users if you updated this thread telling us how or what you did next and whether your issue is resolved. Thanks.
I'll say enter Odin Mode and flash via Odin
