I'm having a problem with my Zenfone 5 : I can't turn on my Zenfone, otherwise, I will have a big USB logo on the screen, and I can't do anything else. On my screen I have got a big USB logo on my screen. I can't access recovery, I have a "no command" message. I can only acces to fastboot, but I can't flash any rom because my bootloader is locked. Before my Zenfone went "USB Logo problem", I tried to update my phone using ADB SIdeload, but it failed.

I own an Asus zenfone 5 , WW Sku.
Currently on 2.20.40.13 rooted , I tried to update to T00F-WW-2.21.40.30 viz OTA updates but it went to droid boot and failed and I am not able to update my phone, I even tried it manually and when I tried to unlock bootloader with the official unlock bootloader app, it failed and gave this error "an unknown error occurs which maybe a network issue". It's not related with my internet because everything else works. I rooted and unlocked many mobiles before but I am facing problem in this. Help would be appreciated. I also tried to manually unlock the bootloader via adb and fastboot but that does not work either.
EDIT: since droid boot is so buging I tried to change recovery to TWRP but that din't work then I tried cloclwork mod recovery that' din't work aswell when I try to enter custom recovery it shows a robot with open belly and exclamation mark with "no command"

My asus zenfone 5 is gose to recovery normally but it missing bootloader.
So it wont detect on adb to flash fastboot commands.
& my mobile is also stuck on bootloop so what i have to done back the bootloader.
Please help me guys i tried lot of things but not work perfectly

Hey guys! The last day I wast trying to Install a custom recovery (twrp) to my Tablet Polaroid pmid7102dc, and I didn't found the TWRP for my model so I downloaded twrp-3.2.1-0-twrp.img. I used the adb program to Install it and after that, I triyed to reboot my Tablet I only got the surprise that my tablet was HardBricked. It stays in the POLAROID screen with a message "orange State Your devices has been unlocked and can't be trusted. Your device will boot in 5 seconds" after that the tablet reboot but didn't enter. Actaully I can not enter to the recovery mode and my pc will not recognice it when I connect it.
What can I do?

I need help on rooting my Asus Zenfone Selfie (ZD551KL). I have followed this tutorial:

I came across 2 problems. First problem is regarding the oficial ASUS bootloader unlocker tool. My phone came with Android 6 installed. I first tried to install the app on Android 6 and the app crashed. So after searching I discovered this tool is for Android 5.
So I downgraded to Firmware UL-Z00T-WW-51.15.40.1582-user (Android 5). Then I installed the unlocker app (UnlockApp_1211_ZD551KL), now the app did not crash. It did open, i clicked on agree, then I pressed the blue button to unlock device.
It asked me something about device PIN (you did not insert PIN to verify device, are you sure want to unlock).
I click ok then it reboots. However the ASUS logo screen did not change to white. I have adb installed (and fastboot tools), so whenever i check fastboot oem device-info it shows that my phone is still locked. It`s like the unlocker tool does not work.
Second problem is when flashing TWRP Recovery. I downloaded the last twrp from official site (https://dl.twrp.me/Z00T/), and I was able to successfully flash it:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
According to twrp site, I typed fastboot reboot but before clicking on enter it says you need to hold the key combo to enter recovery mode (which in my phone is volume down + power). So I do this, however, it keeps looping and blinking on ASUS logo, I stay more then 15 minutes but it does not do nothing. I then released the power and kept holding only volume down. Same thing, just stuck on ASUS Logo.
So then I release all and it boots normal to Android.
So my 2 problems are: unlocker tool is not working and I can`t enter twrp recovery even after successfully flashed it.
Please help me guys!!!
No one has any ideas? I tried this method:

But this did not work. My phone continues as it is, no root access no bootloader unlocked.

so just like the title say, i can't enter android and my orange fox recovery got stuck at orange fox starting screen, i can go to fastboot but i didn't manage to enable usb debugger because my system got stuck just after i flash it, so adb didn't recognize my device.
is there a way to fix my phone or is it impossible to fix it?
is there a way to enable usb debugging in this state?
What happened, did you get any solution on this? same happened to my device and it's still in bootloop
