you can try this
enter to engineering mode by press on phone dial *#*#7646633#*#*, then choose connectivity, choose CDS information, choose Radio Information, choose sim 1, at column type AT+EMGR=1,7" Your IMEI NUMBER", than click Send AT Command. than restart.

i buy this phone and after 2-3 days i make root and then i update recovery CWM with mobileuncle mtk tools.
when i restart the phone the recovery don't start, so i start the phone normally but the touchscreen have this problem
