The clear utility is not installed try installing the ncurses cygwin package which should fix your error.

I have tried to install this ROM. But the Today screen is different from above. Any idea why?

dude it works, but the default view is supposed to be for 640x480 so can't see a thing...
anyway i just copied the SDL folder to root of sdcard and installed the app, then ran it..
nothing special

Hi all, I had to reinstall the android sdk during the upgrade to windows 8 but now I can't download the platform-tools.
All what I can see when I open the sdk manager is this (I'm connected to network but there aren't packages to download):

The folder really exist on the phone. But when connect to my Windows 7 PC, it showed like this.
