1) I didn't test on CM10.1 , but You can try
2) Yeah S4 Luncher For JB HERE
3) I think I should make another Theme to make icons as normal , but it will take time !

This is a Sec Launcher Theme i.e; it will only work on Samsung Galaxy's Sec Launcher and not in any other Stock/Custom Launcher out there. For this theme to work you need Galaxy S5 Sec Launcher3 along with its Theme Manager App. If your Device can install and run these two apps then you can also use this theme.
Please Note : Do not Blame us if you try this theme on any other Launcher and found it not working at all.

and I mean the launcher Supports themes
there is A lot of custom Roms Supports theme manager

Mms worked great on note 3 s5 ported rom it's very nice , but contacts fc maybe because I saw that the drawables inside is at 360 dpi not stock am I right ??
