Hello! I have Highscreen Boost 2 (Not to be confused with Highssreen Boost 2 CE!) analogs Innos D10, Createl D10, Pentagram Monster x5
And port ROM MIUI V5 4.8.8 but I have a few bugs. Maybe someone knows how to fix them?
Auto-rotation does not work
The caller will not hear me, if you bring the microphone at right angles I hear, but quiet. Speakerphone during a call works. Checked on the recorder sound good, where could be the problem? Maybe running noise reduction?
HB 2 have side key. How to add firmware features side button? At least assign a function without adding the settings. Over the side key, is it possible to link MiKey with this button? it would be perfect.
Sorry for the bad english. I hope for your help

For Auto-rotation tried to change sensors.....so does not help
Your best bet would be to ask in the MIUI site. There is no development here for that ROM. Only ports

hello guys ,im very much attracted by the samsung galaxy and other android phones click sound !ie he sound which comes when u click any icon or menu!is there any way we can get that sought of a sound for our p500 s click!the default sound which we get for audible touch tones isnt good and is irritating!

Hello
How can i change the microphone sensivity?
The microphone is to low and i can't use calling.
Please help
Sorry my bad english.
you mean the connecting seneivity?
btw, you should post this at the Q&A section.....
I mean in call sensivity
a) Wrong section - this is the X8 Themes and Apps board while you posted a question that belongs into the X8 Q&A board.
b) Switch to another ROM. The only ROM known to have the mic in-call volume problem is the FXP CM7 Shakira ROM. Use something that's actually working and not that craptastic failure of a CM7 port to the X8 by the FreeXperia (Fail)Team.
I try it but the microphone still don't work.

Maybe we could help you more if u tell us which kernel and ROM u are using.
If u use Paul's ICS or MIUI port , then follow this trick:
when you talk to someone, lower the volume using the up/down keys on the right. You will see while you actually lower the volume at some point it will get louder.
I'm using nAa 11 kernel and minicm 2.1.9 or freexperia rom but in call the other people don't hear what i saying.
Anybody know of a rom that has the stock camera app, with the calling screen attached aside from jj hybrids (im on it now)? Heres the link for the rom i have but i have 2 problems, the brightness is noticeably dimmer than other roms even stock, and the hotspot doesnt work. Any help would be appreciated.

I am using it and it is the same rom but for stock BL. Also not all of its features work correctly.
If you are going to use this let me know so i will upload a working build.prop because the stock one has some problems and play store isn't working. Also it has a stupid bug with calling sound. It just shutters? i don't know how to exactly express my experience anyway i think i fixed it by changing the calling sound.
Screen orientation is mirrored you will have to fix this by hand too that way
go here and change the values to these!
/system/etc/sensors.conf
bma150input_axis_x=0
bma150input_axis_y=1
bma150input_axis_z=2
bma150input_neg_x=1
bma150input_neg_y=1
bma150input_neg_z=0
ak897xorientation_axis_map=0,1,2
ak897xorientation_axis_sign=1,1,-1
ak897xmagnetic_axis_map=0,1,2
ak897xmagnetic_axis_sign=1,-1,-1
yes I have tried this rom, i was waiting for there to be an official fix, i had seen the comments that some people had on the thread. So no other roms out there that work? with stock cam and aosp calling? that one you mentioned is too buggy for me...Maybe we can ask the developer nicely to solve them? lol

i recently flashed the miui v5 rom uploaded by chummydays. Apparently capacitive buttons on my optimus do not work, so i have been using apps to enable softkeys. Now with the miui rom i have used apps, used the build.prop method to enable softkeys but i havent got any success as i get systemui fc everytime. please help!
:/
ChummyDays said:
I tried this also. I used Mi-Tools to enable them but it it ends up in a constant systemui crash. I am not a developer so i cant implement a fix into the rom. Sorry :/
You should try one of those floating softkeys apps from the play store and see if that works.
Do your capacitive keys work in any other rom?

That's the right answer !
This question is a bit like asking "what's the best way to organize the home screen and where should I put which shortcuts? "
Sound settings depend too much on the kind of music you listen to and on personal preference. We can't give any useful information.

And it's also depended on what the phone you use.
