Hi my question like stated in the title is it possible I have a Dragon Touch tablet with RK3026 chip and the storage i split between internal storage and internal sd card now this becomes a problem when i try to install big apps so is there anyway I could unify those 2 storage so that i would be able to use the full amount that my device has onboard. Hi, I'm having some issues with the internal storage of my Galaxy S II
I'll start by noting that I don't have an external SD card inserted, what I'm trying to accomplish is using the internal storage of the device.
As everyone knows, the GSII has around 11.5GB of available internal storage, and 2GB of system storage (all part of the device's 16GB total internal storage). Anyway, normally when I download an app, it's installed to that 2GB reserve, which fills up quickly. In theory, I should be able to easily move the apps from the 2GB partition, to the ~11.5GB one using the inbuilt move to SD card function under Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>*application*, but I get a "Failed to move application: not enough memory" error. I've also tried using App2SD, and have read a few guides online on this issue (with the GSII and others), to no avail.
I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on to how I can move the application from the 2GB partition, to the ~11.5GB one? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have just purchased a N9330 Note 2 and I am wondering if anyone has managed to merge the phone's
Internal Storage (512M) and Phone Storage 1.68GB.
The Internal Storage will always run out of space (since it is only 512M) and the low disk space warning would come on.
I just want to merge these two together so I get about 2GB of space for Android to run from since I already put a 16GB micro SD
i feel the 1.68GB that is factory partitioned as a storage space can be put to better use and solve my low disk space warning.
Also I am trying to clear the Dalvik Cache from this phone. How do I do that?
I really hope someone can help me. Thanks!!

There won't be a way to combine them, but there usually is a way to swap the storage mount points so the phone recognizes the external as the internal and vice versa by messing with the vold.fstab file. Any method to extend your storage either via that method, or by using other ways like Links2SD or CronMod will all involve the phone being rooted.
You can easily merge/resize the storage size, please refer to this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2240954
Dalvik Cache can be cleaned using Titanium Backup or Link2Sd or any similar program.
Just remember to factory reset after resizing.

I have a nooby question.
Can i increase my internal storage with phone storage? so not with a external sd card - i know that it is posible with a external sd...BUT
my phone is similar model like star x920 (google it) and the thing is that i only have 1gb of internal memory but here are the memory partitions of my phone: 1gb internal memory storage, 2gb phone memory storage and a 32gb external sd
i would like to know if it is posible to extend / increase my internal memory with phone memory?
if that is posible could you pls point me in to a right direction... i have been looking around the internet and i cant find any answers regarding my issue.

bcz this game consume internal storage so much, it needed about 1GB or more, but internal storage is only about 800MB more or less.
and it always says insuficient after many times download and failed.
this is sucks that this game consume internal storage instead of internal SD / external SD.
