I rooted my LG L70 D320N and removed some bloatware and stuff like gallery, memo, calendar that came pre-installed. I've been happily using it for days, but since I restarted it few hours ago I receive a message saying "The phone has stopped" every few seconds and the network restarts, so the phone is unusable. I didn't remove any system files, so I have no idea what could be the problem. I tried factory reset hard reset. And I don't have any backup.
Is there a way to recover it?
I found the stock ROM for my phone and flashed it using the tutorial linked bellow. Everything looks original and works correctly. If I find something sketchy, I'll update this topic.

I recently purchased an Optimus T and rooted it with z4root and then installed Titanium Backup to delete some of the preinstalled apps, like the Pacman Demo.
As I was removing each app, (~5 at this point) the Home button suddenly stopped working, followed by total phone death. Even after factory reset, when I was trying to access the phone, eventually I was shown a "... setup.exe stopped responding..." (or something like that) message and my phone just stayed stuck on the booting screen (android) every time I restart (w/o entering factory reset).
Does anyone have any ideas, or know which apps can prevent the phone from booting properly? A list of safe apps to delete would be helpful too. I thought I was pretty cautious with removing only non essential apps, but it seem bricked. Thanks again!

About list off apps, I have to agree. Even it there is litle problem with dependencies, some minimum describe of these issue will be great!!
So, about your problem - I think, that you will have to download original ROM and do flashing with KDZ_FW_UPdater. (search on xda for more information).
But definitely, if it's possible I would try to install custom recovery throw adb shell (android SDK tools) and do backup of system for possibility to recovery or saving at least few data, and after try wipe and install one of custom ROM.
This happened to me after I tried deleting preinstalled apps on my Optimus One... Sent it in for repairs since it just stopped working. The tech guy said he did a "software update" and everything is good as new (except for the LGMITS error once in a while)
They didn't even bother trying to fix mine. They just told me to send it in and gave me a replacement.
So I finally figured out what I did wrong - basically when I was doing the deleting, I accidentally deleted the LG Home app, which effectively deactivated my (duh) home button and effectively stopped everything from functioning properly. For some reason I thought it was just a simple link from my phone directly to the LG website, as would happen with new PCs very often. Well... won't be doing THAT again.
However, my web2go button isn't working. I have to force quit every time I try to click on it. Can I just get rid of it or will it just give me more trouble later on?
At least you knew what went wrong with yours... I was just erasing CarHome and Layar and the LG App Adviser among other things i wont be using like Twitter and Latitude.
And they even gave you a new one x__x I had to wait 5 days before everything was good as new. After the first fix, USB debugging and mass storage stopped working so I sent it in for another "software update"...
Hi! I unrooted my Optimus Chat (LG C555) with SuperOneClick then installed a few apps, one being (ROM Toolbox Lite) then I deleted 2-3 meaningless factory apps such as Blutooth, LG Market.. and rebooted doing a factory reset through the software because somehow it's what it did when I asked to backup my current ROM.. then when the unit rebooted I got greeted with a black screen, only the toolbar on top and I get the following message:
(The application Setup Wizard (process com.android.setupwizard) has stopped unexpectedly)
Once I close it there's nothing I can do to go in settings. I tryed a hard reset with the buttons but it keeps doing the same thing in a loop. I can't believe the unit looks to be bricked only because of 2-3 useless apps that I deleted. Is there anything I can do to make it work? I tryed (Android Commander) but it doesn't see the unit. SuperOneClick won't work anymore, I cannot hear a USB sound when I plug it in my computer and LG programs see it but when I click the (SOS Recovery) it try to download something but just fail everytime after 35 seconds with an unknown fatal error so there's no way at all to reset it and restore the factory apps on the internal memory. Hell I didn't even see a single custom rom that showed my cellphone in the compatibility list as if my cellphone didn't exist though it came out 2 years ago.
Is it good now for garbage or there's some special trick I could try to recover it? I wasted 9-10 houres already I'm gonna get crazy! Please help.
Hi guys! I have a LG G2 mini d620r, and I rooted it 3 months ago keeping the stock ROM. Everything worked fine, but now i have some weird issues.
First of all i noticed a crash of the Contact app when I try to view the call log. Next, the contact search with the dialer doesn't work. Finally, I can't recieve any call. When happens, i can see the UI of the call, but a message appears, which says that the process com.android.phone crashed. If i close this message, the UI disappear, and a message says that the process InCallUI stopped. I already tried to delete /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/telephony.db and /data/data/com.android.phone, but I still have those issues.
Any solutions? Or do I have to hard-reset the phone? Or even re-flash the ROM? (in this case, I'll wait until a stable version of one of the developing ROMs)
I want to apologize for my bay english, I'm italian.
Nobody answered...
Finally, I flashed the stock firmware using the LG Flash Tool. First I tried a normal flash, but bugs weren't gone. A CSE Flash worked well.
Then, because I'm stupid, i edited a system file for increase the in call volume (yes, i re-rooted the phone the day after) and i bootlooped it. A Factory Reset and a normal flash solved this problem, but I guess I have to be more... Careful.
I can survive without Xposed, and I'll use root only for AdAway, setcpu and other simple and secure apps. Topic solved.
I have a VF-895N (rooted and stock rom - update 130FFN2), yesterday I decided to update my phone from 5.0.2 120FFN2 to 5.0.2 130FFN2, I removed root and made a hard reset, started the update process but at the very end of the update, it said "error", then I got stuck into a bootloop " no command" but managed myself to re-flash stock rom already updated with the latest version. When it finished flashing, I booted up the phone, started to remove bloatware, rooted the phone and started to install apps like Facebook, Instagram and other stuff like that.
I finished installing all the apps I wanted but I noticed my battery was draining very fast and also my phone was overheating, I tried to open Instagram for the first time but it freezed, tried the same with Facebook, it freezed.
Overall the phone's performance was very bad comparing with the one I had before re-flashing.
Now I don't know what to do, some apps close or freeze, the phone does not overheat much now bcuz I installed setcpu and set the values to min.=240mhz and max.=980mhz tho I don't understand much of these things... (Initially the values were 1.020mhz of min. And 1.020mhz of max.
I did hard reset 3 times and I always got the same result and I also cleaned the cache too.
I can't downgrade bcuz there is no stock rom available anywhere except for a flash tool (Sugar QCT) that flashes the latest update, which I already have and seems to be broken.
Please help me.
Hi!
My girlfriend has an LG L70 Dual Sim (D325f 0814) phone. About one moth ago, the phone started suddenly restarting. After one restart this image showed in the screen. hZZZttZZZps://wwZZZw.dropZZZbox.com/s/teklp3uZZZpaz6f5mz/20170118_ZZZ194100.ZZZjpg?dl=0
I have never used other battery in the phone. (replace all triple ZZZ to nothing and you can have the correct link)
After that I tried a factory reset. But it did't helped. After the reset, the phone always shows me com.android.systemui has stopped error message. So i decide to install other room. I don't know, other ROM solve this problems, but I don't have any other idea. So Where can I find ROM for this phone? And how can I install it? I only need a working phone, i don't want android 5 or any costum things. The phone currently running Android 4.4.2 (kernel version 3.4.0+ build number KOT49I.A1464618841)
Please help!
Thanks.
Normally installing mods or messing with system causes this errors
Ultimate solution is reflash the ROM using stock ROM
You can download the ROM using google and flash it via stock recovery
This will solve your problems
Thanks for the answer The Hard Gamer. I install D32510F_00 firmware from csmgdl.lgmobile.com. The com.android.systemui message goes away. Now i wait for other system error messages.
