Did you get any errors on CWM recovery? Do you have any init.d scripts?

No...i dont have any errors flashing with twrp 2.8.0.1 and yes i do have init.d folder and scripts inside...btw, before this my previous kernel was xnote kernel v.3 (Selinux permisive)..

I know now not sure whether it can help you but look out my ramdisk to. I can not test because I have my brick your S5. Default.prop could help you.
