[q] re: Android freezes every time i use skype

Hey all,
I know all the carp thats going on with skype and everyone else except verizon users, but i just wanted to know if there is another reason that my phone freezes every time i use skype beta. Is there anything i can do about this?
no one? is there a way i can generate a log or something that can help someone help me?
i need to figure this out....
Same to me. So I use now another tool. Everytime I installed Skype Beta the phone freeze
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
Skype was made for Verizon only because of an exclusive deal AND because that version of it isn't true VoIP, it uses CDMA, which we don't have on our HD2, so don't be surprised if it screws up and freezes. Just wait until later this year when they should release a version for all Android phones that is true VoIP and even has video calls (if you have a forward-facing camera)

Bluestacks and Snapchat

Hello,
I don't know if I'm posting in the right area, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to send fake live snaps that is compatible with the Bluestacks Android Emulator, from your gallery or something.
Thank you for your help!

Probably it's caused by some App, but Anyway, you can try ADAway app, it should work on rooted and non rooted phones.
hi there,
sry for my bad english. its been a while that i have written something ^^
i have the same problem. random ads that pop up, no matter which app is open.
the first source for this ads was the app "com.android.snap". it can be stopped when you open preferences->Apps, then hit the button left of the home-button to show the menue. there you can show systemprocesses. then you can see the app com.android.snap and can deactivate it.
unfortunately, its only part of the problem.
after 2 weeks there where new popups. now of a different style, but also very often.
the source of this new problem: https://www.xda-developers.com/micromax-remotely-installing-unwanted-apps-on-devices/
not only micromax uses "com.adups.fota", doogee uses it also...
so, the next step seems to be to root the device.
havent done it yet. does anyone already rootet a Doogee T6plus?
greetings
phillip burkert
Don't need to root. Use 'NoRoot Firewall' . This cures the 'malware bug' in all Doogee phones. I an using it successfully on Doogee T6 pro and F5.
Brian
its time for an update. i rooted my third T6Pro. after uninstalling com.adups.fota there were no more commercials anymore.
i uninstalled by using an terminal emulator and typed:
pm disable com.adups.fota
pm uninstall com.adups.fota

Pebble OS apps ported to Android Wear?

Hello all,
So i heard somebody managed to port a few pebbleOS apps to android wear? I looked into it, and can't find anything to confirm nor deny this anywhere, so i doubt it's true.
However, i was wondering, if this does NOT exist currently, is there anybody working on a project like this, would it even be possible?!

Change android TV to Technicolor DWT765MM box. Possible?

Hello everyone,
after unsubscribing from an internet + TV package, the old operator has left this TV box in my house. The problem is that it is blocked, that is to say, when I start it I get a message that the box is blocked and that I should contact Agile Tv to solve it (which I am not going to do). The Amazon and Netflix buttons work, but nothing else and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to reinstall a clean version of android TV to this box to be able to use it.
Regards
P.S: Sorry if my English is very bad.
