All right, I've followed the instructions on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1335548 and used the terminal emulator option. i successfully pulled the bml5 out into the phone and into the pc. The hex editor can also find the unlock code. when i dial the unlock code ( #7465625*638*UNLOCK-CODE# ) , i get the error, "Connection Problem or invalid mmi code"
any help?
First, you should confirm that it is possible to unlock the boot loader of your device by checking the service menu. In your device, open the dialler and enter *#*#7378423#*#* to access the service menu. If you have a tablet, click here to learn how access the service menu.
In your device, tap Service info > Configuration > Rooting Status. If Bootloader unlock allowed says Yes, then you can continue with the next step. If it says No, or if the status is missing, your device cannot be unlocked.

Hi i have my Samsung Galaxy S3 and it`s locked on Vodafone UK , i bought the unlock code online , the problem is that when i insert a new sim it doesent request for my unlock code ... it`s rooted and i tried all unlock methods that i found online. Can someone tell me if there is another way to insert the unlock code ? I tried this method *#197328640# but i only get an error " Not Registered in Network" Plese Help

Why simlock info menu shows me that im not locked?
And also why when i turn on the phone the window for unlock code is not showing only pin window.
