OK.. So I have flashed the SGalaxy Canvas HD ROM .. It had Samsung s4 boot animation and logo...
I decided to change boot logo and animation to default and flashed the stock boot logo and animation zip..
I understand the boot sequence as -
1. Boot logo- Changed
2. Samsung s4 boot logo - not able to change
3. Boot animation - Changed
The problem that I am facing is that I can't change the second boot logo. Its the same s4 logo. If anyone could give a flash able zip for the stock second boot logo , it would be a great help... Or if anyone could tell me how to change it easily....

Ok... Then... Do this.... Open root directory and go to system/media/images.... Now download the logo from the given link... And replace it with the file there... Flash back to stock .

From recovery, reset your Phone and Cache & reboot the phone. It should work now.

No no ... it was stuck at Boot ANimation ... Boot animation was looping Solved now thannxxx

Hi.
I rooted my phone and it was working great. But yesterday, I installed ROM Toolbox and did some experiments with the preferences. I tried to change the font, restart the phone, and phone booted with new fonts. Then I tried to alter the boot animation, restart the phone, but this time the phone is not opening. Its struck with Samsung Logo. It din't even show the new boot animation
Please Help.
P.S. I tried to apply factory reset but no help.

YOU CAN FLASH STOCK FIRMWARE & CLEAR DATA...IF STILL NOT BOOTING THEN GO TO BELOW LINK ND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS...DEVICE WILL BE ALLRIGHT

No worry bro !!
Just download 4.2.1 custom firmware and flash it via SP Flash Tools.

U hv to boot into Recovery Mode......der is no other way.....
Press Vol Up+Vol Down+Power OFF to get into Recovery Mode
If U hv a Nandroid Backup......then u cn use Restore option......or else u hv to flsh d stock ROM.......
I went to the service center and they upgraded my OS from 4.1.2 to 4.2.1

My Honor/Mediapad X1 is rooted with KitKat 4.4.2 B008 rom (chinese version 7D-503L).
I changed my boot animation but I don't manage to change the boot logo or splash :crying: : you know, the Huawei Logo with "powered ANDROID" mention when you boot or reboot your smartphone.
Have anyone managed to change this boot logo (splash) ?

Thank you But in my first post, i talked about how to change the Boot Logo and not the boot animation.
I even tried to modify the logo.png in data/cust/logo/ but it doesn't work at all. :crying:
Anyone has another ideas ?
I had earlier flashed a Samsung ROM in my A310 which used to boot with the Samsung logo.
However now i am using anothor ROM - Sony Xperia, but still while booting the Samsung logo appears!
Any option or solution to remove it??
download any bootanimation of your choice and move it to /system/media/ and set permissions as rw-r--r--
