Depending on what processes you chose....their must be system processes that are inevitable

I don't think the problem is with your rom..
Maybe your card is something wrong. Put a different sim card and check. If the problem still re-upload the rom with a full wipe

first try clearing Data/Cache of MMS app and see if it resolves ur issue, else reflash the rom without any wipes and see
So far i have:
Cleaned sms app cache and data.
Tried changing message center number.
Done full wipe and flashed another rom.
Installed handcent sms app.
Very strange, still no luck??
I have put my sim in another phone and it was able to send an sms, so it is definately phone related...

I dial in *#*#4636#*#* and go to message center box. There are two buttons, 'update' and 'refresh'. My message center number is +905428700044. What is the correct procedure to enter this number?

Hi I had this exact same problem a few months ago after flashing a custom ROM. To fix it had to do the following:
Flash a stock ROM
Open sms app and go onto settings
Check number in sms centre number matches your service providers number.
I ended up calling my provider for this and she talked me through it.
Sorry about vague information but it was a while ago. It is totally and easily fixable though. All the best.

I was on samsung 's website and came across how to enable developer mode. I didn't know if anyone has posted this but here's how. Settings ,General, About device tap the build number 7 times. I was wondering where it was in the menu. Is this on all newer Android built or just a Samsung thing?

Change your cda through a build.prop editor and the problem should go away (I used Hong Kong cda to fix ~ 1274-8614-R4C)
