Enter recovery, delete system, data, cache, delvik partitions (You will loose all info on it).
Reflash rom, factory reset then reboot.
Alternatively go to download mode and flash stock.

What instructions are you following .
But first just try a factory reset via recovery .

flashing I9300XXBLG8_I9300OXABLG8_I9300XXLG8_HOME.tar
odin showed pass..

thats it.. stucked...
cant go recovery cuz it will only show download mode
cant go anywhere else..

was on AOKP Jelly bean.. everything was fine...
then i fash ARHD 2.1.1 then it didnt start... was it the superwipe?
and because of the superwipe, i do not have CWM in my phone... i only have download mode.. so i used odin.
which gave me this problem.
i tried flashing CWM using odin. which was successful, but then once i reboot it went back to download. not recovery, which means i lost my root rite? and stuck again at samsung logo. so all i need now is to restore to factory settings by odin and download mode.. no other way. so which file shud i use?
Using Non Samsung roms i always .
Factory reset
Remove battery
Install a stock rom via Odin .
Then root .
Nandroid restore or flash new custom rom .
In fact just done that from AOKP JB rom

the problem is i cant go into recovery becouse when i boot up using power home and volume down it comes into download mode not in recovery mode
You should press Vol+ + Home + Power.
Try flashing the kernel(.tar) with odin you used in C7 and see if that lets you into recovery or boots up.
Or you may have to get a stock rom for your model/region etc off sammobile and flash with odin.
That rom manager once gave me 4 hours work on my x10i.....

Hi' you really shouldn't worry and try to avoid flashing stock rom. you flashed GB rom over ICS rom and the problem is your data is full of stuff that's preventing you from booting the rom. You're tryong to go into recovery the wrong way. Hold together voulme up (NOT down) + home + power and it should boot your recovery just fine. Then just wipe data. the rom should boot if it was installed. If not download another rom and flash it through recovery.
Cheers

I hooked the USB cable to it and can't see any files at all on the SD card. Any help out there is appreciated in gettig this up and operational again.
If you can go into recovery then wipe everything, boot into download mode, connect to pc and flash stock rom via Odin. Then you can start all over again.
