Hi,
We're still working on performance optimization, but for now try this:
1. Uninstall Themer.
2. Delete the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/ folder (removing the Exported folder within it if you saved any themes).
3. Reinstall Themer.
I will lose my customisation done till now doing this?

If you want to keep your theme, save it by long pressing on the homescreen - Advanced - More - Export Theme. Give it any name then hit Save/OK. Now your theme will be saved in the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/Themer/Exported/zip folder. You'll need to move your theme's .zip file and place it outside of the /MyColorScreeen/ folder, and place it back only after you've reinstalled Themer. Good luck!

I used the BlueMonkey theme by Jivy26, however I didn't like the GoSMSPro. I deleted the app via titanium backup, and used File Explorer to confirm it was deleted. However, it still shows up as being installed in the market place and I have the icon in my app list (although it says the application is not installed on my phone) How do I manusally remove the icon from the app list?

I guess the best thing to do is to reinstall the app and uninstall from the task manager or go to settings-applications and uninstall from there.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I777 using xda premium
i have tried that actually...it just uninstalls forever, and never actually deletes it.

Make sure that the app is not running in the background or as a service.
Reboot the phone and go into settings>applications>running
services and see if you can find the offending app there.
If you can find it there, click on it and select STOP".
Then if all goes well you will be able to do a complete unistall.
Not running as a service =\ Is there a place where those icons are located on the phone itself? I could delete it through root explorer if I could find it.

icons for applications are stored within the apk itself....if the apk is gone, the app is gone.
try uninstalling them and then wipe cache/dalvik cache in CWM

If you know how to use root explorer to delete files
you can go into root of phone /system/apps and find
the offending APK name and delete with root explorer.
Some apps will have a "com." before the actual app name
so look for that too.
Good luck!
Just got a Galaxy S4. I love it and the Themer Beta app. The problem is when I enter any app and then hit the home button, I get "Complete action using" with the options of Themer, Touchwiz easy home, and Touchwiz home. I select themer and Always, but it never sticks it keeps asking me the same question.
Anyone know how I can fix this?

3. Reinstall Themer.

Just tried this. I will let you know what happens. I had already uninstalled Themer but even using the stock launcher I was still getting the question. Hopefully this fixes it. Thanks so much.
So i deleted the folder, and I haven't reinstalled themer, but i am still getting the pop to select the default. Grrr. Any ideas?

And if you select Always it still doesn't change? Try restarting your phone, a glitch may have occurred somewhere.

Hi, this is due to a cleaning app on your phone (such as CleanMaster) that thinks the Zooper fonts folder is malware. A fix would be to delete the theme (or reinstall Themer), then add the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/ folder onto the 'Whitelist' to prevent this problem reoccurring.

This is really annoying, when I put the new games in the games folder (which should already be there) when I restart my phone, they disappear and I have to put them back in again!

Hi,
Are you running the latest version of Themer? Also, did you download it from the Play Store?

You need to remove the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/Themer/Exported folder (place it somewhere else). Once that's done do this:
1. Uninstall Themer.
2. Delete the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/ folder.
3. Reinstall Themer, place the Exported theme back where was.
Is it worth using? I have tried every launcher and theme apk that I can find and none of them seem to work 100%.

It depends what you're looking for. Themer is still in beta, so be advised that there will still be the occasional bug. If you're someone that often changes the look of their homescreen but wants to apply everything in just one click, then Themer is for you.
All my themes wont load after copying mycolorscreen back after reinstalling. Thanks.. I had like 30+ downloaded -_-

Did you paste the zip files into /sdcard/MyColorScreen/Themer/Exported/zip?
Yes. Okay I reinstalled everything, and still they do not save onto my games folder when I restart my phone! Some of them don't even appear in there even if I ticked them in the manager of the game folder. Is this just a bug on beta?

This is a bug that the developers are aware of now, hopefully it should be fixed soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,
If you're running a custom ROM such as CM, certain display settings (such as a system-wide icon pack, DPI, resolution, etc.) might have been altered. Themer works best on stock settings, therefore resetting these back to default should fix the error.
For after the changes have been made, try this:
1. Uninstall Themer.
2. Delete the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/ folder (removing the Exported folder within it if you saved any themes).
3. Reinstall Themer.
