Where are you from? And What is your model? is it n750?
its not 4.4.4....its the custom rom s5 for n750....its just build prop editing....look at model number in screenshot at OP....

I made the framework use AOSP code (which is there already) instead of samsung modification
Due to the way samsung made it i have to edit all samsung apps like secsettings

i use single sim but that ui isnt packaged with this framework (heres the ui and its dual btw.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-star/themes-apps/zero-ui-4-2-2-t2989781)
everything for s5282 (maybe even on s5280 but dunno)
