[L7 II P710][ROM] AmigaKitKat - LG Optimus L3 II, L5 II, L7 II, L9 II

AmigaKitKat-V4.RC2 G3 Edition​Based on Stock Rom KitKat 4.4.2 V20C by Telefonica (Spain)​
For those who have JB 4.1.2 here is the steps to root JB and install CWM Recovery:
Root JB 4.1.2 with Framaroot 1.9.3
Install CWM Recovery http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=51513896&postcount=1 @ Very nice work riskey95
Follow "How to install" steps below
P714 users, system lag caused by NFC service:
Use a tool like Root Explorer and go to /system/app and delete file "LgNfc.apk".

How to Install:
Copy the ROM to your SD Card
Reboot to CWM
Make a backup of your current system, if you like
Wipe data/factory Reset
Wipe dalvik cache
Install ROM zip from SD Card
Reboot
Notes:
At first boot:
-> you'll see a systemui error caused by g3 lockscreen incompatibility, click ok and it'll works ok;
-> to root the rom, update SU binaries;

the only problem i have is that i cant make phone calls, tried this 5 solution and no one worked for me

Hi pinaguis,
Forgive me, but i was unable to reproduce the problem on my device. I also tried on my wife's device and on both works very well with wifi on, i didn't test with 3G because i don't have that service.

OK, installed on my P714. Runs pretty nice, no evident problems so far. Will update again in the following days regarding performance and battery consumption. I don't have any problems making or receiving calls.
However, ROM is not rooted! I had to reflash your updated SuperSU via CWM in order to root it.
Another general comment: Nova launcher will disable the Knock off code (Knock on will work), as it intercepts the double tap. I have Nova launcher Prime and Screen Off and Lock app whose combination (when configuring double tap) give the same effect.
Now only need someone to fix that goddamn led problem...

Hi,please post the guide for rooting kitkat V20A firmware. Android is open source, and the moderator close the thread and remove the ROM as has already happened with weritos and its porting CM10 and LEWA OS.

Another thing I forgot to mention: For users who have P714 (or other devices without nfc), you should add the procedure to remove the nfc apk to your guide.

And another thing (sorry my comments are spread all over - I see the problems and report immediately in order not to forget anything):
You need to exclude LG Software Update from your ROM or at least disable it. For start, it has bad side effects for rooted devices. In addition, anyone who flashed your ROM would certainly not want it to be updated by LG.

Hi amiga,
I've notice that you had to remove lg keyboard from your rom. After deodexing it stops working. Is there any way to keep the keyboard working? I really like that keyboard... I guess if i keep only the .odex related to the keyboard, it may work. Does it make any sense or it won't work any way?

I'm running your first kk zip on a p714.
